As others have already stated in their reviews, this thing requires lots of assembly. It took me about 2.5 hours to put it all together. For the price paid, it is worth it. Product seems sturdy and it looks like it will last a long time. The dividers included to make this a letter size filing cabinet do not stay in place UNLESS you put many files in it, which keep them in place due to the weight (see picture).

Not the best quality I've seen, but exceeded my expectations. Came very nicely packaged, instructions were clear, and came together very nicely. I put this together by myself. I run a small operation, and this unit was exactly what I needed; quality, size, price point. If I needed another one, I would definitely purchase another. I would have a backup screw driver handy, though.

I will never order from this company again. Comes in a box, assembly required, directions are easy at first and then it takes a while to decipher toward the end. Pictures in instructions are incorrect making it difficult. There are six plastic pieces, five of mine are defective. The photo shows side glides and when you screw them in the screw causes a stress fracture in the plastic. Over time, these will break. The company now sends a one-page return policy and says they will charge me $40 if I send it back without proof of defect. Since they are in China, communication is at the speed of one email a day, so this could go on for days. Super frustrating and time consuming to deal with companies that make sub-par products and then make it difficult for you to return.

High quality product and is really well designed and engineered Only comes delivered in one box, not two as is described. Took me 2 hours to assemble with 27 pages of instructions with easy to understand diagrams. Can easily be secured to the wall to help avoid tipping.

Cannot use the u-shaped crossbars… THEY CANNOT HANDLE WEIGHT… the bar with only one side bearing weight will roll over spilling your files into the drawer. And it didn’t take many files to cause this. You can only orient the standard folder so labels to face sideways to prevent this. Another drawback is the drawers do not open enough to allow easy install/removal of files in that orientation. The tabs on the folder catch on the cabinet itself. The safety lock to prevent both drawers is glitchy. It hangs up while trying to shut drawers, or allows both to open. The cabinet almost tipped over on me just loading it, so if you have little kids, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using the provided wall anchors for extra support/security. In general, if you don’t have much to file, this is ideal. If you’re like me and filled the standard, old school, 2 drawer then this is not hefty enough. One major plus… whoever packaged this did amazing. The most secure package I’ve had show to my door. This led to a perfectly undamaged drawer. No dings, dents, or scratches. Decent instructions, helpful video on YouTube.

Difficult to assemble but the unit was sturdy and easily holds Legal files. Would not recommend for letter files due to the adapter bars not staying in place. Had a parts issue that the seller immediately resolved. Didnt like the chrome label pockets so we left them off. You can barely notice the screw holes. Unit is very heavy and it would be difficult to return after assembly so make sure this is the right unit. Overall based on the sturdiness and sellers integrity we would recommend this product.
