Missing the plate I wanted. Just got in the mail today. I bought it because I needed it to extrude round coils of clay so that I wouldn't have to roll them out by hand. I use them to hand build vases, pots, and other containers. It shows that it is supposed to come with four different plates and that one of them should be a single hole that is centered in the middle that is larger in diameter than the rest. This is the one plate that I need, I don't need the other three plates and just saw those as a bonus. Unfortunately, when I opened the package that specific plate was missing. I still received four plates, just not what was pictured. I got different plates than what was pictured. Three of the plates were as pictured and correct, but the fourth plate, the one I needed, was something else. I included a photo of the plates that came, with coins so you can judge the size. I sent a message to the manufacturer asking if they can send the correct plate, as I would hate to return the whole thing just because the one plate I need is missing. Also, I haven't mounted it on the wall or used it yet, as I am waiting to see if this issue can be resolved first incase I need to return it. If this missing plate issue can be easily resolved, and if there are no further issues when I use it, I will change my rating to 5 stars. Also, there were no mounting instructions. ... show more

I should have trusted my fellow reviewers… the handle bent within 10 uses. Does NOT compare to Brent or Northstar brand extruders. I was within the return window and got my refund from Amazon, did not waste time contacting seller. Save your coins and buy brand name at higher expense. Thank me later.

    • Flimsy, broken, no service.
Handle broke after about a month of use but because of COVID closure didn’t get to use it for nearly six months so past the warranty. No customer service. Can’t seem to order a replacement handle. Look elsewhere for an extruded.

It doesn’t work, broke the handle onthe very first use.

    • Handle broke a few months after purchasing and using.
I got my extruder a few months back. After about 15 uses the handle broke and it no longer extrudes properly.
