EDIT #3: They've refunded my money so fixing the review again. Please be wary of the quality, but 10/10 customer support. EDIT #2: This bottle once again broke! I hope to be contacted again for a refund or something, because I am surprised the lid is so cheap. EDIT: Minioo shipped me a new waterbottle in less than a week, as soon as they read the review. I am very glad and am thus changing my review. However, I will update if it breaks once again from a drop. Excellent customer service. Thank you. This is a decent water bottle and I have been using it for a couple of months. Unfortunately, when filled with water, it is a bit heftier than expected and can easily fall out of my backpack when leaning over or to the side. When it last fell, the lid broke as it is plastic compared to the metal bottle. When it falls, all the water comes out as the lid comes entirely off. The threads are barely keeping the lid on, but I am still using it since the Oring keeps it from leaking. I would return it, but my return window closed about a month ago. ... show more
