Saki the spoiled Siamese loves her dry crunchy kibble but she now loves this more than Tiki Cat. Amazon was out of her fish flavor so I did some research and found this cat food to be rated equally as good. I decided to try their chicken since the price was comparable and the first 4 ingredients in this product are meat products. Surprisingly their is also turkey meal and menhaden fish meal in the chicken recipe. The named fish meal is a great source of nutrients and omega fats. The protein content is 41%. All wholesome ingredients with no grain, potato, corn, soy or wheat. Nor does it contain artificial colors or preservatives. I like that it contains taurine for heart health and cranberries for urinary track health. Saki loves freeze dried turkey and it’s the 3rd listed meat. Instinct crushes and tumbles their freeze dried raw with their kibble, ensuring each piece contains a touch of raw coated food which they believe that real less processed whole raw foods the better. Saki has been eating this for a week and picks out this kibble from the mixed in Tiki Cat. The only ingredient I read anything controversial about was tapioca which has a high sugar content, but it’s a good grain substitute not known to cause allergies in pets. Cats are carnivores and this product is loaded with meat content. We have fed our Golden Instinct dog food and the Instinct brand rates very high by the animal review companies. It’s priced higher than some but not outrageous. Better quality food and ingredients will always cost more. You get what you pay for here. Highly recommend even if it’s just to switch brands occasionally for variety. Just be aware of the other non chicken meals if your cat has any food sensitivities or allergies.

I've been giving my cat the Instinct wet food for a couple years but cheap dry food. I decided to try one bag to mix in with the cheap stuff. My cat loves this! It's much healthier so I'm thrilled, granted it's a bit stinky. Her fur, potty and activity are healthier and she's no longer puking up hair balls (due to Instinct wet food).

I give this to my cat about 4 times a week as a snack/lunch. When he’s being stubborn & not wanting to eat his wet food it he will always go to the dry food if I offer it to him as a 2nd option. That’s how I can tell if he’s not feeling well because he never denies this dry food. Pricey yes. My cat also loves the wet food from this brand but it’s so many other wet food affordable brands. But if I’m going to feed dry food I’m going to buy what I think is best

This kibble is definitely better then your average kibble only downside is it's a little pricey compared to generic kibble BUT it's absolutely worth it for the health of you pets.
