I used to have three GoPros on my kayak to get different angles. This one camera has replaced all of those others. It has some quirks. The way the image gets stitched together causes some funny things like the tip of a fishing rod might not line up with the rest of the rod, but overall I can easily make a good fishing video with this camera. I have added a wired lav mic to try and get some better audio so I am concerned it might get damaged by water but it is affordable enough that I can replace it if I have to. ... show more

    • Extremely disappointed
The media could not be loaded. I bought this camera just shy of two months ago and it worked great for about the first two weeks then I noticed my videos started getting corrupted (and still are) even though I’m using the Insta360 SD that came with the camera. Formatting it didn’t help. So now my camera is only giving me about 60secs of usable video per use. The rest go corrupt. It does not blink red when recording anymore. Probably bc it’s not actually recording good video. Now, weeks later it has fits where it does not want to turn on and stay on (see video). I wish I had paid more attention in the fact that this technically came from a third party and not directly from Insta360. It did not appear used and everything came in original packaging. I feel as though I was sold a faulty camera. It’s almost useless now and it says refunds aren’t issued after 30 days. Insta360 support has no resolution either. I had to send them my damaged videos to repair and it took a month. $430 wasted ... show more

Near $500 camera and its absolutely worthless unless you activate it through its app... I have a $1000 S20 ultra and I cannot get it to activate. Save your money and get a gopro. Not providing a pc alternative to the phone app is unacceptable to me..

    • NOT Waterproof - do not use this camera near water
I purchased the camera to take photos of my bike ride. It initially worked extremely well however on Saturday I got caught in the rain. Although this camera is advertised as waterproof it is not. The camera has not worked since. Not happy with the quality of the water proofing in this camera
