It isn't the most sturdy, and this is actually the second one i've bought because the first one broke, but it is so light and easy to open that I will buy this several more times when the time comes. Its just an extendable monopod selfie stick with 1/4 tripod screw at top and 1/4 tripod female slot at the bottom. It’s light weight but very sturdy even when fully extended with the insta 360 x4 mounted.

I have both this and a generic version of the Insta360 stick and I can definitely say I prefer the name brand one over the generic. The quality of this one is better and it’s not that expensive. The car mount is a different story, but for the selfie stick definitely buy this one and not a knockoff.
