It is gigantic, I can fill it up 15-20 bottle drinks (depend on the sizes) such as bottle water, juice bottles, sodas. But you don’t wanna to fill it up all the way, if you don’t wanna hurt your shoulders, arms or back. It will stay cold for a couple hours. It has insulated layer inside. I can put cold food too. I used it several times already. The only concern is the zipper. They should put a bigger or thicker rope to pull the zipper to open or close it.
