Compared to other similar full body, 5-part resistance band sets, this one has the bonus of an extra bit of material extending off the leg/arm cuffs which sits between your leg/arm and the metal D-ring whereto the bands attach. Overall, the set seems made of high quality material, seems well-constructed, and and belt and cuffs are nice and thick and comfortable . Slightly concerned about what happens when the outer lining (the camo part) on the bands wears out? But not Im new to repairing gym equipment, that doesnt seem like a significant issue yo remedy, and it may well hold up really well (I'll let you know). A few actual problems: 1.) The straps meant to go around your shoes to keep the ankle cuffs from sliding up will come loose. They should be redesigned with something like a clamp holding the end of the strap down after its gone through the plastic bit, or redesigned more like the plastic, locking mechanism on rollerblades. Not certain how annoying this will be yet, its been kind of annoying but Ive only done some basic test workout. Ill let yall know. If it is itll probly be an easy fix and Ill post that fix too. 2.) The 300lb set does NOT fit a 27" waist (as it says it does in the description, if Im not mistaken), or 28", possibly not even larger sizes, Im just going to state that as a fact. Yall need to remeasure, rework, and retest that sizing, unless I am mixing up descriptions (will check and update). Your 125lb set has a smaller belt which does fit this waist size. You can update the waist size for the sets with larger belts, update the desigs for these larger belts to fit the size range specified, or make a, 'universal,' size belt. 3.) To revisit comfort but also address what seems like a major design flaw if not simply a space which improvement could fill, I will say that I purchased a set of tactical suspenders with padded support across the neck and shoulders. It cost $15-20 extra (the padded support seems important) to get rid of the awful constant downward pull of the leg bands against the belt. Will post a pic/link. Even staying in a low stance, that pull is annoying, and as the bands are I presume 60lb each (the 300lb set leg bands) it does start to displace the belt. At first I was like, "Okay, if I just keep my hands up this is okay, maybe this is a, 'useful problem,' to help me to remember to keep my hands up." But, I already have a lot if motivations to keep my hands up, and I find this one to be least useful of all, not useful at all, in actuality, and ultimately only annoying. The suspenders totally fix this issue and as long as you get some with the right clips (obviously not the little dress pants clips, bit clips like these resistance bands have) they fit with the set perfectly and are virtually no additional hassle to take off or put on. You guys should sell a set, maybe with hydration and phone pockets? It makes your product better. 4th and finally, due to COVID related effects on local business and all, I am available for interview. 🙉 Im gonna give yall 4 stars because it seems like the best version of this product (hence buying it it), but of which the extra material on the cuffs is honestly a big consideration (Ill let yall know about how they hold up), and not accounting for the improvement I made with the suspenders only because I didnt have to physically modify your product to add the improvement.     • What a workout!

The media could not be loaded. I’ve been into Martial Arts for over 35 years and use to compete heavily in Olympic Tae Kwon Do. After a 20 year break from Tae Kwon Do training and competing, I’ve decided to start competing again. With my first fights coming up soon, I needed every edge I could get with propelling my training back to high performance level. I’ve never used any type of body worn equipment as training aides, but decided to give these power bands a try, and after researching the various options available on the market, I ordered a set from INNSTAR. They arrived in the mail 2 days ago. I’ve only tried them out twice so far, first time at home to see how they are and the second time in my Tae Kwon Do training session with my coach yesterday (which is the attached video). My thoughts so far: On the negative: 1. While putting the set on at home to try it out, the plastic clip that the foot strap weaves through on one of the ankle braces snapped off. While putting the set on at my training session the next day, the same plastic clip on the other brace snapped off. These clips need to be metal not plastic. 2. The foot straps tend to slip off the foot during training. Maybe the foot strap should be designed as more of a foot harness/sock. On the positive: These things are AWESOME! One of the best workouts I’ve ever had. In one hour and half long session I can feel and see my speed and strength increasing. This product is a great way to quickly develop various attributes for all athletic activities including speed, strength, balance, agility, muscular and cardiovascular conditioning. Three workouts in... I’m really enjoying it, I definitely notice a difference when I take them off, and I really like it. However, the heel strap is really awkward and uncomfortable, I’ve been kickboxing for almost two years and the heel strap is a little loose. The instructions are TERRIBLE, and there are literally no videos on how to properly equip the bands. Still a great workout, it took my roommate and I about 20 minutes to figure out how to equip them, and I still don’t know if it’s the proper way. But the workout is definitely fun, I found putting the leg hooks in the middle bottom hoop on the waist band gave me a lot of resistance for my kicks, which is the main reason why I wanted this product. If INNSTAR could put a video on how to properly wear the bands I’d give this product 4.5/5 Stars, but I feel a 3.5-4/5 is appropriate. ... show more

I don't have a gym membership so was looking for something to help add resistance training to my normal workout videos at home. Let me just stay these bands brought my workout to a whole nother level! I've tried hand held resistance bands before but these are way more versatile, and can be used with any moves/exercises. It's pretty self explanatory, was able start using these bands on the first try. Basically, put on the body strap, shorter resistance bands are for the arms and the longer straps are for the legs. I love how there are multiple hooks on the body strap to adjust for people who have short arms and legs. It also comes with a duffel bag for easy storage. I'm very pleased with the product so far and can't wait till I can start incorporating some MMA moves into my workout. For now, I suffice with throwing a few punches when I need to let out some steam. I would recommend these bands to athletes and non-athletes (me!) alike who are looking to get an intense workout in a short amount of time. ... show more
