Just installed these today double checked that worked before putting car back together. Drove 12 miles in daytime lights off went to drive home in the dark only one side working switched side bulb’s are good one box is burnt out. It only worked for one minute before dying

The media could not be loaded. The product worked entirely as intended The very bright no issues with the ballasts as other reviewers have had problems with in the past almost used for a whole month but unfortunately the aftermarket headlights I purchased to pair with these are complete junk and so I can no longer use these ballasts or the headlights. Will be purchasing these in the future when I find a better projector headlight ... show more

I am beyond pleased with this HiD kit. They’re nice and bright, and the color is spot on to what I was wanting. (NOTE ANY TIME YOU ORDER A 55 WATT KIT, THE COLOR IS GOING TO DROP ABOUT 1,000 KELVIN.) I ordered 55watt 6k and they are nice and “5K white” how I like! No issues so far and they warm up decently fast, faster than the xetec kits I’ve been running for the last 10 years. Price is right. What else can I say, it’s a good inexpensive kit. If you’ve been running Xentec kits these are definitely worth trying. ... show more

Very nice headlights and color temperature. They are significantly brighter than halogen headlights with a much cleaner white beam. I felt these bulbs would work better in projector headlights than LEDs. If you are going to install them take the time to find the proper ballast mounting position. I mounted mine on top of my fuse boxes with two sided tape on both sides. Also be aware you WILL need to aim the headlights downwards a good deal or it will be like driving with your high beams on constantly. Look up a video online and take the time to do the job properly. I started using HID kits back in mid 2000s. In 2013 I purchased a new car and decided to go the LED route and my headlights were constantly overshadowed by cars behind me on the highway. I switched to HIDs shortly after and I won't look back. Fast forward, bought a 21 WRX and this kit went in 2 days after purchase to fix them poor excuse halogens that come stock. Now the key is to ALWAYS install these into a projector housing, not a halogen reflector. This kit is more reliable, brighter and more precise than any halogen or LED kit available. The beam distance is about 3-5 times further down road then the most expensive top of the line LED kit money can buy. You can tell me all day long your LEDS are brighter while you blind all oncoming traffic but cant see a deer running out 50 feet in front of your vehicle. I do not understand how these are not standard on EVERY vehicle sold in todays world. They are not only safer but are more efficient than 55w-65w standard halogens which produce way less light, shorter life span thus producing much more waste and making you replace them more frequently costing more money. ... show more

While the headlights are incredibly bright and much more effective than any LED's I have used in the past, the quality control is absolutely horrible. The first kit I bought was defective. One light was a different color than the other. Contacting Innovited seemed to be useless. They simply referred me to their crappy troubleshooting page which did not help at all. Due to a drop in voltage after you start driving the headlights may flicker or in my case completely shut off. I found this out the hard way on the highway at night. Their support, as usual, was completely useless and offered no solutions or actual support. I had to figure out myself that these lights require you to get a second part depending on your car, you need to either purchase a capacitor, or use their capacitor + decoder which they sell here https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01DX24EVC for $10 I'm now on day 1 of actually having got them to operate correctly, finally. I will post back if they fail on me any time soon. If you drive any year of Dodge Challenger, you will need the capacitor for them to function properly. 2 stars for horrible service and poor quality control. The lights, if you get them to work, are very bright. But they also get extremely hot. I would not recommend these to anyone who is not familiar with how technology works or how to troubleshoot it, as you may need to do so to get them to function right in your car. Update: Even with the additional harness they failed to stay on after 3 months. I had to directly connect the headlights to the battery to supply enough power. Maybe not innoviteds fault on this one, but keep in mind if you drive a Dodge Challenger. ... show more

6k 55W in the pic I’ve had 4 sets of innovited headlights and not a single time has the ballast or bulb failed me. I did have a problem with the headlights being 2 different colors on one set but they sent me new bulbs with no questions asked. Had one pair in for 3.5 years and had no issues. Good price and good quality. My buddies have had other hid brands and have ran into way more problems than I ever have. Can be a pain on certain lighting setups depending on how the headlight seals but you will have the same problem with any other HID conversion. Tacoma gang ... show more

I purchased some led lights from a different company, for my black aftermarket headlights for my girlfriends 14 altima. Needless to say they were trash couldn't see anything. My buddy always goes hid instead, so I looked and found these. THEY ARE GREAT! She can see at night now! It was very dangerous before. I plan on converting our other 3 vehicles to these hids ASAP.
