At the end of the day, the install is clean and the bulb color & brightness is fantastic. The install was a pain in the butt. I think most people complaining about the lights not working probably struggled with the clip that requires the installer to slot the wires into it. I think they did it this way so that 1) the ballasts can be re-used between bulb types and 2) the hole you cut in the rear cover is smaller (mine still had to be 3/4" to fit the other clips). The issue with it is that trying to get a solid connection on that clip, where it clips to your car's wiring harness, is a royal pain. I think by the end I figured out that the little rubber insulation plungers were too far up the wires, getting in the way of the connection. After I disassembled the clips and slid the plunger things down the wire more I was able to wiggle the clip and get a solid connection. Install time would have been drastically reduced if it weren't for that. I was also bummed to see that my box didn't come with any sort of rubber grommet to try and keep any water out of the required hole. I'll head to the hardware store and buy a couple, but for now...it's duct taped. I think next time I'll go off Amazon to try and find a product with better clips.

I’ve noticed a giggle or flicker over bumps that I didn’t have with my led bulbs. I’ve made sure head light housing is very tight and bulbs are also very tight and still have the flicker 6k is very blue. Seems more like an 8k that I’ve had in the past. Brightness is 8 out of 10. My led bulbs were brighter.

the bulbs wouldn't clip in without a little modification, but I was able to use the factory headlight connectors for the install. Didn't come with instructions.

I have purchased these headlights and used them in several of my projects a few years ago, and I was always happy with them and preferred this brand of HIDs over any brand of LEDs. I bought a new set for one of my new-to-me vehicles, and I am extremely disappointed. The light output is not what I used to get out of these bulbs a few years ago. They are constantly flickering and they display different colors throughout the light beam. Meaning that I see some yellow I see some blue and then of course the white. So the color is inconsistent, the light bulbs flicker constantly, and they are not as bright as they used to be. I would suggest staying away from these sets as I can honestly tell you that a 55 watt halogen bulb is just as bright as these HIDs. You are better off getting a 55 watt LED set for pretty much the same price, but you'll get a much more crisp, bright and instant light output

Bought these for my rsx. Easy to install and quick plug and play. It has a nice white blue tint once fully warmed up. Product came with everything that I needed to convert my car over from halogens. I highly recommend buying the bulb holders as well if your car needs it like mine did
