I ordered two of these desks for Xmas for my twin grandsons. When the boxes arrived they were pretty beat up so I had my doubts about what I would find when I opened the boxes. To my surprise, it seemed that everything was there and undamaged. We assembled the desks without any issues. All the pieces were there, everything was precisely made, the desks are quite sturdy, and they move up and down very smoothly and quietly. It was not until we had the 2nd desk assembled, that we noticed that two of the three desk top panels were damaged presumably by shipping. One panel had a 9" long crack in the veneer and the other panel had a small chuck of veneer and wood that was gouged out. I reached out to Innovar's Customer Service on Xmas Eve and got a response on Xmas morning. The Customer Service Team was awesome! In less than one week, a new desk was delivered to us and it is perfect. The boys love their new desks and we couldn't be happier with the excellent customer service we received. ... show more

The item got delivered earlier than their estimate. Received a desk with a defective leg. A screwhole was too small, so the screw won't fit, and it shakes excessively because of that. Contacted support, and they immediately shipped me a replacement. They sent everything I needed. After fixing the leg, the desk was pretty good overall. ... show more
