Update: I had some concerns with the wood on this desk. The customer service team reached out to me and let me know that it is in fact real wood that is painted so when it gets dinged, to original wood color shows through. We worked together to find a solution and I am very pleased with the experience that I had with their team. They were quick to reach out to me to resolve the issue. Overall, for the customer service experience alone I would recommend this desk. My main recommendation to this company would be to search for a slightly more durable paint, and possibly even include a cable management system with the desk. Other than that, I love the mechanism to raise the desk. Very comfortable! Thank you again for all of the help :) Original review: I’ve had this desk for only 1 week and take great care of my possessions. As you can see, I am a neat freak and want all of my possessions to be in great condition. This desk top already has 4 chips in the edge of it. This is not surprising since it is a laminate top and not real wood. You can see the difference in color between the printed image on the top and the edge pieces. Another disadvantage to this desk is that it has no form of cable management and you need to purchase your own. For a laminate desk at this price point I would like some kind of cable management. Over all, it’s a fair desk. I wish it was closer to 30 inches. I wish the quality of the wood was better. I wish that it was a bit thicker so that you won’t drill through it when attaching your cable management. Knowing what I know now, I would have most likely purchased a different desk. What I do like is the metal pieces that are placed in the wood already upon delivery that makes attaching the legs very easy without having to drill into the top. I also like the physical tactile buttons for raising and lowering the desk. I’m also extremely disappointed that this desk went on sale for an additional $10 off and they would not send me a credit for that additional $10 without shipping this desk back. It would cost $6 to ship it back. So it only gives me $4 to ship this back. I might do it just based on principle.

Update: Customer service is excellence. Would rate 5 for coustomer service. They respone quick and work with you until the issue resolved. it took few days to fix it. They must have included cable mangement. I was able to assemble in 25 to 30 mins. Table works but have few issue. Controller i received is black. I expected white as shown in picture for table I purchased. While assembling I was unable to insert the screw completly on one side. Tried hard and it went only half inside. But works for now. Top wood is attahced from mulitple woods into one. So when I touch it it is uneven in few spots. It has some holes (not Knots) and scratches. In few places they filled with something as shown in pictures. I got 55 inch. it had little bent in top wood in middle. Also table is 23.5 X 55 not 24 X 55. When I cheked reviews everyone gave 5 star. I think those people got it for free for revewing Not sure about durability and how long it will last. I am on edge to return it but not sure if I want to disassemble and repack and ship it. may be i can use it temporarily as it works. I will decide in few days as I can get better branded one for same price or little more.

The table top is solid wood, but is very thin and soft wood, big knobs on the backside. I don’t know how long it can last, doesn’t seem sturdy. The table frame itself is ok, but the table top can tilt along the fixture point , making the table very unstable when pressed.

The packaging was great. Everything came in perfect. The set up was very easy, just went through the instructions, took maybe 30 minutes. The motor is quiet and it moves up and down so smoothly! Definitely worth it!!

I was apprehensive to purchase this desk because of limited reviews, but ultimately it had all the features I wanted: one solid piece of wood for the top piece (2 pieces seems questionable to me), electric feature for standing or sitting, hooks to hold other items, and all within a $150-$200 range. I’m very happy with the end result. It was also pretty easy to put together. This is quality, if you are considering purchasing a standing desk, let this be the one. Also included a picture of the color vs another piece of brown furniture I have for reference.
