The quality is lovely. Well sewn, good sturdy fabric, the chenille decorative portion survived washing and drying perfectly. It's not particularly soft since it is a rougher woven linen type fabric. I will work on it with my wool dryer balls to soften it up and it will be just fine. My only complaint is that there is not a lot of over hang, down the sides. The Duvet is not at all "small" the measurements are spot on with what is advertised, but the sides and bottom do not hang down far for a nice look, like in styling photos. Wondering if my bed is freakishly huge for King size. I can't seem to find anything as large as I want. If you want lots of overhang, size up to a King for a queen, but I guess for a King there's nothing to size up to. ... show more

So I like the comforter, but I hadn't originally realized it was just the duvet. Fine, ordered the filling for it. Everything ties and buttons in well and it's easy to wash. Just wish I'd have ordered a king size for my queen bed. It does not hang over nearly the same as pictured.
