NOTE: My edited review is of the 20kmAh Black model. I will leave my original review below, however I was graciously reached out to by Inuit customer service of their own accord to offer me a free replacement to test out since this 10kmAh had been a dud or maybe just a faulty one? The new model came after just 1 or 2 email exchanges with Judy from their customer service and it was 100% offered up by them, I didn't try and spin anything. I finally got time to sit down and test it and it's what I was hoping for originally. It Speed Charges my Samsung Galaxy and will adjust charge if not a speed charge style The USB C is used to recharge the battery from a wall outlet but also to speed charge your devices. I got as close as I should to 4x Full Charges off the 20kmAh version for my 5kmAh phone. It didn't have any weird heating up I noticed for the powerbank or my phone either. I recharge my power bank with my phone charger since it can speed charge, however it does come with a usb to usb-c cable to charge the device. So far a solid powerbank that is the first of it's kind to offer speed charging and USB-C with 2xUSB which is a step in the right direction. Essentially carrying a nice powerbank around that can recharge devices with the speed of a wall charger. The only con is it's obviously heavier than maybe some want, but do remember... it's a 20kmAh battery. There is obviously going to be some weight to it. _________________________________________________ "Original review" This power bank seems like it quick charges my Samsung Galaxy, however it only can charge around 2500mAh. Nowhere near the 10k mAh as advertised. I tried the product 3x and tested it on my phone. Barely got a half charge and my phone at best has around 5k mAh. Also this product came oddly late after saying it got into town like 5 days earlier before I got delivered. I purchased this for my 17yo Son because he uses his phone so much he loses battery charge. This has been the best power bank I’ve purchased at a great price. He has lost black power banks so he wanted a white one. It’s great! This does take awhile to fully charge to 100% but he charges it overnight. I tried it one day so I could write this review & watched it charge my iPhone which was at 60%. For every percent my phone charge the power bank went down one percent. I personally don’t think that’s too bad. My Son’s phone may get down to 20% if he’s out somewhere & if this is fully charge at 100% it will fully charge his phone with a remaining 20% charge left on the power bank. It’s slim & not too heavy. It came with a charging cord. It doesn’t come with the cord you’d use to charge your phone with. You’ll need to use your Apple phone charger to connect the two. This is a great power bank & I’m very happy I chose this brand. I do recommend! ... show more

I was looking for the link for this so I can buy it for someone that always comments on mine and I realized I bought it 3 years ago. Mind you, I do not use it daily but I have had it for 3 years and it still works which is more than i can say for portable chargers I bought before this. It charges my phone FAST! It takes a long time to charge the device itself, some times a few hours to bring it to 100% but I can charge my phone 2-3 times before I even need to charge the device. I would definitely by this again when the time comes and no issue with the repurchase. After 3 years, I can say I got my moneys worth. With that said, my device is still going strong. ... show more

I love the design but battery or component quality is garbage. From square one the battery said it was charged but never functioned properly, I always brushed it off as getting used to a new piece of tech. By the third charge whenever it came time to use it, the battery would read between 79% - 0% no more than a day sitting idle. Of course it died completely right as the return window closed. My 5 year old Anker charging banks are still going strong! I recommend them over this brand. After review: the company contacted me without being asked. They sent me a replacement unit and it operates as it should. I only knocked one star for the experience but I still love the design and size of the battery, we'll see how it does over time. ... show more

I decided to give an update on a previous one star review of this charger. This company contacted me after I had given up on their product with a 1star rating. They offered to stand by their product by sending me another, free of charge. I was loving on this charger before it died on me, I I’ll gladly give it another chance. So far so good, second time around. My first review: I liked everything about this charger. I use it while I’m traveling and it works great for that purpose. The battery held a charge for a few days depending how often I used it. I was able to charge my iPhone and my husband’s Samsung with it at the same time. THEN... at 76% charge remaining, it stopped charging the phones, and I couldn’t charge it from the wall. Totally dead. Two weeks into using it. I’m so disappointed. I was hoping I would be able to give a totally positive review. Total let down. ... show more

This power bank charges devices fine, but at slow rate. I tried 3 different phones, few different cables, and tested all power bank outputs. PD never reached more than 11W. Attached photo shows my average power reading to be slightly above 7W. Little update. After posting my review I was contacted by INIU customer service agent. She expressed her concerns about my less than ideal experience with their product. Replacement power bank was offered at no charge. In addition a set of high quality charging cables were offered at no charge as well. All promised products came in quickly and they work perfectly. ... show more
