This is not my first one. I dropped, tossed, flung, and at some angry times, sorta threw the first one and finally gave out after maybe 2 years of literal abuse and so back for another one. Beats my snap-on in power so this is my dedicated gun for bolts/nuts that are 17mm and up. 💪

I have bought this product over and over. I replace it about every three years. I am a heavy equipment field service mechanic. The batteries are what ware out. So buying a new impact when it comes with two new full size batteries seem the way to go. But not when they show the wrong stuff in the picture. I should have read more.
