I purchased this device for two main reasons: ongoing knee pain and cold sores. About a month ago, I slipped and fell into an icy pond and injured my knee pretty badly. I’m not sure if I strained a ligament or something else, but the pain lingered for weeks. I’ve been trying everything to avoid spending hundreds of dollars on physical therapy — massaging it, wearing a brace, taking ibuprofen — but nothing provided lasting relief. After reading about red light therapy and seeing this device on sale, I decided to give it a try. I was honestly shocked by the results. The pain relief was almost immediate — within seconds. I primarily use the ultra red light setting for deeper penetration, and sometimes the regular red light as well. While it’s not a miracle cure and I’m not completely healed yet (the pain does return after a few hours, especially after long walks), every time I use the device the pain subsides again. That alone has made a huge difference for me, and I plan to continue using it as my knee heals. I also had the chance to try it on a cold sore during this extremely cold Midwest weather. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch it early enough before blisters formed, so I can’t say whether it prevents them entirely — but I can say that it’s healing much faster now that I’m using this device. Another big plus is the complete kit it comes with: a sturdy hard case, interchangeable caps, batteries, and protective glasses. Compared to other brands, this is a great value for the price. Overall, I highly recommend this red light therapy device to anyone dealing with pain or cold sores. It’s been a very worthwhile purchase for me.

Compact, cute design and even includes an extra battery for charging with a charging dock. I could immediately feel the level of strength from the light. Source you can also remove the fine pointed tip for a more broad red light therapy session. Very affordable, compact and helping me heal one session at a time

I had swelling in my knee and didn't want to spend a lot of money on a more expensive unit so I purchased this one to tryout. This unit was easy to use, durable well made, good attachments for adjustability, and helped me with inflammation to ease the pain. Comes in small case so its portable an fits everywhere.
