This will work fine, but you really have to stretch this thing out to get a decent fit and look, which is a must for me. The included zip ties I did not use, as I have very heavy duty ties that I know will hold up. The included ties seem a bit questionable for outdoor use to me. Not a huge deal, but worthy of a mention. I have rain today and all seems fine with weathering the storms, nothing sagging or ripped as the grommets appear up to the task of holding my stretched out install. Time will tell if they hold, but for now all is fine. All said, it's worthy of consideration, but if you want it to look as good as pictured, prepare yourself for some work stretching it out and use heavy duty zip ties.

I can't wait to install these once I get the drainage pipe buried and garden stones to level out my patio. This will give me added privacy once I start entertaining family and friends. I need more of these to cover my entire fence. I put this around the one corner my dog see everything. You can’t see very well though this. Which is the point but once they notice something they went to the other corner. Hence why I need more. I got the 50ft and I think for something this long there should grommets going down every couple feet for better attachment. I would also pay a little more money for better zip ties. These were very cheap!! They broke so easily. Sometimes I would break 4/5 just trying to zip it. I blew through all 80 which wasn’t necessary. Great product though!!

I'm trying to use this as a sun curtain that I can put up and take down as needed rather than semi-permanently affixing it to a fence, so my use case is perhaps a little dicey for this product but I figured I'd give it a go. It's sort of a crinkly plastic, kind of like a cheap tarp but somewhat nicer looking, especially if those crinkles ever come out. I'm sure you can find much nicer material out there, but as a cheap solution this gets the job done. Zip ties are included.

I got the 5x40 brown. The privacy screen in brown has a two-tone appearance that doesn't quite match my existing brown screen. While not a significant issue, it's worth noting that each row alternates between brown and black. The screen does indeed block 85% of visibility during daylight hours as advertised. However, at night, if there is a light source behind it, it becomes more transparent. The product comes with zip ties, which would work for a metal fence but not for my wood railings. I had to double up on the zip ties for the 2x4's and use three zip ties for each 4x4 post. My porch awning is made of similar material, which still looks good after ten years, and I hope this privacy screen performs just as well. The material feels sturdy, the grommets are durable, and the edges have additional reinforcement. Overall, it seems like a great value.

We recently got two new sets of neighbors one on each side of us and we felt exposed whenever we went outside. On one side our fence was so torn up it was embarrassing so we had already gotten a shade to cover that one. The other neighbors have a lot of company over, so we needed another privacy shade, so I was able to order this Grey 5' x 50' Heavy Duty Fence Privacy Screen which gives 90% visibility blockage. I like my privacy and when I look towards the fence all I can see is shadows if something is close to the fence. This is also a windscreen, and it is constructed of sun protected fabric with durable binding and brass grommets on each side and zip ties are included. I wasn't sure if this grey high-quality polyethylene material would work as well as our black shade or would the lighter grey color make a difference. The grey works great and the comfort and peace of mind this privacy shade has given me is wonderful. Plus, as my son pointed out we have now have black and grey colors in our backyard and those colors just happen to be his football team's colors.

We have two wonderful large watch dogs. They are house dogs, have a great fenced backyard to run in. We live on a street where people walk their dogs. Our windows go to the floor. You are getting the picture. New neighbors walk their dog at dinner time, every night. I am sure their dog loves it. Mine love to bark at them, and once they start, they go on and on. We let them out, they are quiet and then someone goes by on a bicycle. .... So, we made a privacy screen using this, it blends in with the hedge, we folded it over so no movement is seen. Great product, Peace and quiet at dinner.
