This toddler bed not only has a mattress that can be removed, but it has bumper sides so no one falls out! My eight month old slept amazing on this during vacation! I will be using this for years!! Highly recommend for a baby shower gift, first year birthday present, or just for a mom who has littles that travels a-lot! Easy to blow up, and takes only a minute to deflate. Wonderful toddler bed for traveling or grandparents’ house. Like an air mattress in a life boat; firm yet supple mattress takes crib-size sheet while air-filled bumpers keep child safe. Place on floor rather than on top of regular bed as active youngsters can crawl over bumpers. Both pieces inflate in 30 seconds or less. Whole package weighs about 10 lbs.; great for traveling. We got this for our 5 year old for trips and sleep overs at family homes, and he is obsessed! He loves pumping it up and taking it everywhere with us. It’s very easy to fold once when putting it away and the bag that comes with it is spacious. When stored or carrying it’s not heavy at all, like a backpack with clothes. My 5 year old can carry it.
