I was so excited to receive this. Both of the zippers are broken! I can't carry this thing anywhere now....super bummed Update: Amazing customer service. They offered to send a new bag. However, I had already purchased a new one. The board is great, and they even refunded me for the new bag I purchased.

The board is amazing, however the carrying bag broke the first day. The zipper came off. Bag does not help if it doesn’t close to carry your stuff.
