The media could not be loaded. Just pumped it to take it for a test run and couldn’t even put in in the water because it was leaking the moment I was pumping it. Plus the dry bag was missing and I could tell the board has been used before. Not testing products before sending it to your customers it’s extremely unprofessional. Very disappointed ... show more

Very good quality for the price. We bought it as a gift for a 11 yo girl and she liked it so much. Probably not the most PRO grade SUP but very adequate for casual use for sure. Pros: - 2 nets - 2 carrying handles - Oversized non-slip surface - All 3 fins are removable - Action camera mount - Seat mounting ears One small can is that a bag might be too tight, so you need to pack it well. I see no point in making them so snug since oversized one is so much easier to pack and it doesn't take significantly more trunk space. Maybe a bit more material is used and this would add to cost but I feel that would be very minimal amount. Dual paddle would be nice to have if you ever end up adding a seat, but this would be extra cost of cource. ... show more
