  • Super fun times!
Size: 10 feet
My kayak became too heavy for me, so I purchased this paddle board with a seat! I can do it all myself at 70+! Great construction!

  • 12ft, 38in wide. Best deal for a large family board.
Size: 12 Feet
{pics coming soon) I just had to rave about this board. I have 4 other boards that each cost over $750. The quality of this board is on par with most of the others I have. For the price, this is the best large multi-person board out there. It may also be best for someone's first board as it is very steady and very easy to keep your balance. It shines when you take kids or pets out on it. I was surprised how maneuverable it was for such a long and wide board. The tail was designed well as it narrows where the large fin sits. This makes it easier for one person to turn it. You can stand back towards the tail for even more control. This works out well if you have little ones up on the front of the board. The construction as good as anything out there. I have some very expensive boards and I can tell this one is made very well. It will last year and years. If you are into paddle boarding, you should pick this up. It's great to have a long, wide board like this for certain types of trips, such as camping. It is also a great board to teach kids and adults how to paddle board. ...or to just paddle them around for fun. ...The other options out there, for this size, are over twice the price. Buy two or three of these instead. ... show more

  • Could be more stable
Size: 10 feet
Edit: My original view below was written based on first impressions after inflation and a quick paddle around a small, still lake. Today I took this board out for a 3-hour river paddle and had a little more favorable experience with it. While it is still not the most laterally stable inflatable SUP that I have tried, it did better in the faster-moving river than it did in the still water of the lake. The rocker shape of the board helped it to manage choppy areas and made for pretty easy turning. The board could track better, but I find that turning and tracking on these boards can be inversely related, so one often comes at the cost of the other. The positives are very good construction, a nice, light (floating!) paddle, nice accessories included, good size and weight, good grip on the deck pad, a nice bag, a fast manual pump, and the board's maneuverability. Negatives remain the board's slightly less-than-average tracking (requires just a little bit more effort to keep a straight line) and slightly less-than-average stability. I don't want to be overly critical of a recreational SUP, especially in this price range and I do think that just about anyone can have a great time with this board with a little practice on it, so I've upgraded my rating to 4 stars. I will soon have an opportunity to test the board on the ocean and will update again if anything changes. I hope this review helps someone and am willing to answer questions about it. I think this is a good-looking board and it appears to be of durable construction when inflated. It came with some nice accessories not included with many other boards that were in a similar price range. The backpack/storage bag was nicer than expected and seemed to be well-made. Inflation using the included pump was not bad, taking about 250 pumps and about 6-7 minutes to reach 11 psi on the pump's included dial gauge or 10 psi on my own pressure (known accurate) gauge that I tested it against. I wanted to get it close to the max recommended 15 psi because, even though it felt firm at 12 psi, it did seem to sag just a little bit when ridden. 14 psi really felt like a lot of back pressure when I was pumping, so I stopped just short of 15 psi to avoid any damage. At 165lbs, I am well under the weight capacity of this board, so I figured 14 psi would be sufficient. The board felt very firm and the sag was gone when I rode it, however it was quite a bit less stable than I would have expected. I have a lot of experience riding hard fiberglass and inflatable paddleboards, so I don't believe that my ability or technique is the issue with the instability. One of the reasons I bought this board was because it had a good width-to-length ratio, which I felt would make a more stable board for my kids to ride. One thing that I wasn't counting on, however, was the amount of rocker in this board. In the picture, the board appears mostly flat with some mild nose and tail rocker. The board I have has a pretty pronounced banana rocker from nose to tail, creating less contact with the water. Another thing I noticed is that the fins are set very far back toward the tail. This might not be as much of an issue if the board were more flat, but the large amount of rocker in this board means that in order to get the fins more fully in the water for stabilization and tracking, you need to position yourself further back from center. Unfortunately, being positioned further back on a board with this much rocker means that much of the front of the board doesn't contact the water surface, which makes it harder to balance. I think that if the shape of my board were like the one pictured in the item description, this could be a great board for the price. Maybe mine just has a bit of a defect and whoever else buys this board will get one with a more stable shape. It's usable and I will make it work, as I need portable board for a trip and don't think I can replace it in time, but I definitely feel like I have to work harder to stay on this board than with any other boards I have used. ... show more
