Update 11/5/23. Company contacted us about a replacement. First replacement also didn't work right, and didn't bounce back like it was supposed to. Second replacement worked but it was a different style. Good customer service but quality control is seems to be an issue. Had it less than a year. The kids used it a couple months, the put it away. They got it back out about a week ago. Whatever that is inside to hold the sand broke so now it doesn't return properly because the sand falls to one side. We've had it 10 months, but probably has been used about three before it broke. ... show more
