We do not recommend renting any of our "Building Block" Unit. This is not a Commercial Grade unit. It is part of our quality "semi-commercial" line, which is similar in many ways to the quality of commercial products, but not fit for rental. Why is air out from seams?Is it normal? Yes. Air leak from all the seams is necessary because the product is inflated by constant air flow and this leakage is required to stop the product becoming over-inflated. Why there are some holes on the surface of material? Needle holes are a kind of guide or map to sew, which will not reduce or impact on the quality. Do not worry about it. It is ignorable. And we promise that it is not the fault of quality.
