Works great!!! Love the space and feels sturdy!

I spent way too much time trying to decide on a cold plunge. I finally “took the plunge” and I should have just gone with it the first time I checked it out. Upon opening it, everything was packaged well. Comes with everything you need. I used my battery operated pump and it took no time to fill with air. I’m sure the punk that comes with it is fine. The whole thing is durable and sturdy, holds its shape very well, not worried about it folding into itself at any part. It is the stand up paddle board material. The lid is nice, especially the clips as it has “extra security” to push to unclip it. Helps with peace of mind with our 3.5 year old around. Be careful when filling, I totally forgot about plugging up the intake valve and was leaking everywhere. The plugs are in the orange patch canister. I filled this thing up in the evening at 51 degree water, woke up to it at 49 degrees! It is colder here in the PNW, but I have no worry that this thing is well insulated. Once summer rolls around, I will get a chiller for it. I easily fit my whole body in, I’m not a big person, but anybody can fit in this giant plunge. The only thing that is not amazing was the inside of the lid. One weird bump and a couple scratches. It does not affect the integrity of the lid at all, so no biggie. All in all, this plunge functions as it should, it’s at such a great price and it just fits the bill more than a lot of others that I researched without spending over a couple hundred dollars. I’m so happy to finally have a plunge and can’t wait to design a chiller box to use in the warmer seasons. This thing is worth it!

Overall happy with the construction and materials. Definitely structurally sound! I’m 200 lbs and can stand on the edge without any signs of give. After 6 months one of the clasps for the lid did break. Definitely takes a lot of effort to inflate. Hard to beat the price point!

This is a perfect cold plunge. This is my first one and I could be happier. I was nervous about it being inflatable, but it is extremely sturdy. More than expected. Easy to use and I use it every morning.

For the price, you can’t beat it. It’s easy to clean however dirt still comes through even with the cap, but you can pour out the water and clean it pretty easily and it’s not heavy once empty.

The tub itself seems to be pretty decent and I do like how it is the heavy duty rubber and not that super thin material others tend to be made out of. We will see how durable it actually is. The reason for the 1 star is because their customer service is horrible. They don't ship through Amazon so if there is any issue with their product, defective, whatever, they will try and trick you into either trying to fix it yourself and give you a small discount back for "inconvenience" or trick you into thinking you have to pay for shipping to return the item based of return policy. These are actually both false and goes against Amazon's policies. You are protected by Amazon through their A to Z guarantee so file a claim and start that process as soon as they try and tell you to fix the item yourself and or pay for shipping. Do not attempt to fix, it will probably void their warranty and they will try and then say you caused the issue. Defective items, the seller has to provide a prepaid label, when they say you have to pay for shipping per the return policy, that is the normal return policy which does not apply in cases of defective items. They are just trying to trick people so they don't have to pay. Don't argue with them, just file A to Z claim, these hurt the seller if they are being shady, let Amazon do what they do and protect you. When you file a claim, if their item is defective and you are trying to get a refund, they will lie to you and say they can't refund you with your claim being open, DO NOT close it, don't even respond to them, once you file a claim, other than uploading what you need to upload as proof, don't go back and forth and listen to what they say. They will try and get you to close the claim but once you do, you cannot open it or file a new one and you lose protections. They then could not pay and you would have a much harder time getting your money back. Sellers are impacted by the claims against them and them sending defective products so they will lie cheat and steal to get you to remove it from their record.
