Edit for kids had a blast on it, the neighbors kids and even my 40 yr old son were doing cartwheels and somersaults, dancing and just having a blast on it, 3 yr old Elle ran and did somersaults like a pro. Directions aren't that bad but wish there was more info on it. Original review Just got it and inflated it for the first time so can't speak to longevity. Would rate 5 stars if the directions were more complete and a little more accurate. It says inflate till full, well this type of mat is supposed to be firm so whats full, also this type of inflatable because of it's size can easily rupture if over inflated, very vague instruction as to what full means. So can the pump over inflate it, it's a low pressue pump but still may put out enough pressure to burst the mat, no way of knowing. Do it by feel, not good directions, luckily I'm familiar with this type of item. Also the valve doesn't operate exactly as described but not too hard to figure out. And the wrench they include and mention tightening the valve, is actually for the valve body not the valve mechanism. so rate the directions at 2, I'd rate it 5/5 on everything else.

My gymnast is loving this for practice at home! She can flip with ease and the quality of it is sturdy and it is thick material. Doesn’t deflate easy after use and was set up by my 13 yr old with no problem. My little ones like to jump and somersault on it too!

My daughter loves this mat. This mat is good for her practicing gymnastics at home. I am so glad the pumper along with is easy to screw in and fast to pump. The design in the middle of the mat with two line for beam practice is wonderful. So I don’t need to worry about the danger in practicing in the real balance beam with back flip practicing at home. The mat is looking professional like the one in the gym. It is sturdy and easy to set up and put it away to save space at home. Also it can be carried with the bag along with to the park for practice. My daughter enjoy practicing on it. Highly recommend!

I’m happy I chose this air tumbling mat. I wanted bigger than the standard 3.3’ wide ones for extra safety during falls and missteps but without the weight and cost of the 6.6’ ones. This size is a very nice compromise and it just fits in our living room. My 7 year old gymnast is thrilled with it also. It has provided plenty of bounce, support and softness after experimenting with how much air to add. I had to email CS to figure out the valve (push the middle button in to let the air in and not rush back out after removing the hose. Push the button again to deflate it) After knowing that I felt silly for not figuring it out because it’s so easy. Our first mat had a slow air leak that I could not find and I was sent a replacement. So great, quick responding CS. The new mat is perfect and neither had issues with mildew like some other reviews. I was initially worried because of those but it was clean and bright. No off gassing smells either. Highly recommend this!
