    • Fits a plus sized person well with room to spare.
This could use some padding on the bottom but a thick water proof rug works well under it. The drainage hose needs to be longer by far. I will need to purchase another hose to use in place of the one it came with. It is an inflatable device and as such is susceptible to punctures and losing air over time. The first one I received already had a hole but they quickly replaced it. (THANK YOU!) If you intend to stay in the tub for over an hour be aware that your head and side support may slowly decrease as it slowly may lose some air due to pressure. I love that it zios up so you are completely covered and encased. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase and have and will recommend it. ... show more

    • There are issues, but it's pretty amazing!
Honestly I have 2 complaints about this thing, first and main complaint is sturdiness! When I filled the tub to just below maximum capacity it caused the sides to bow out and that's before I even got into it. This issue became worse upon getting into the tub and I am not an overweight person by any means. The bowing of the sides makes it very difficult to Zip the enclosure on top, I was honestly worried that it would rip the zipper or the tub. Secondly it is very difficult to drain. The little 2 inch drain hose is extremely difficult to reach when the tub is full. And this thing is EXTREMELY heavy when filled! You're best bet is to connect the drain hose prior to filing and plug the drain on the inside. And make sure that you drain it after EVERY use because it will slowly leak water! I was hurting really bad the first time I used it and was not able to fight with draining it, I regretted that the next morning as my sun roof had water all over the floor! Now the second issue is really easily fixable and not a major design flaw. The first issue however, is a design flaw that can't be avoided. So I did take away a star for that. This item does hold heat in very well, but does not come with its own heater so if you want the water hot you will have to buy a heater for it, but that was so worth it! If you do not have a long hose or standing faucet for this kind of tub, it will be a pain in the butt to fill up. I'll bet my kids and I spent over an hour carrying buckets back and forth to fill this thing! For the several other little complaints I took 1 collective star for those as well. Despite these problems I really do enjoy this tub and will continue to use it! The issue is having the patience to resolve the issues and are you willing to deal with them or not. I've fixed the problems I found and will be keeping mine but I'm about 50/50 on whether or not I would recommend it to someone else. ... show more

    • Use carefully
It’s definitely gets the job done for the price, could use a bit more room. You really want to deflate it after each use to prevent damage. I fill it up before workout and throw bags of ice in it.

Directions were poor. Very limited. Did not explain the double valves..which make a difference in putting air into each section. Nothing was explained how to drain the water out without getting it all over the bathroom floor because the tub closed off the shower drain with weight of water. For my use it was too big to set in the shower area. Fortunately I didn’t have a lot of water in it because I did have water on the floor due to no direction on how to drain safely.Plugs were on bottom of tub… ... show more
