  • Sweet, Natural, and Perfect for Low-Carb Baking!
Flavor Name: Crystalline Size: 1 Pound (Pack of 1)
I’m so impressed with Impact Monk Fruit Allulose Sweetener! This crystallized blend is the perfect 1:1 sugar substitute for my low-carb and keto recipes. It dissolves easily in coffee, tea, and drinks, and bakes beautifully—my cookies and muffins come out soft, moist, and perfectly sweet. What I love most is that it’s zero-calorie and low-carb, but still tastes natural without any bitter aftertaste like other sweeteners. It’s a must-have in my pantry for anyone trying to cut sugar without sacrificing flavor. I liked it so much I already ordered a second bag to make sure I never run out! ... show more

  • The only non-sugar sweetener I use!
Flavor Name: Crystalline Size: 1 Pound (Pack of 1)
The media could not be loaded. This Monk fruit Allulose blend is the only sweetener that my body tolerates, besides honey and cane sugar. I like to mix this blend in plain yogurt. The taste is sweet, but slightly less sweet than cane sugar. The crystals are a little smaller and less crunchy than sugar. Zero calories is a bonus! Carbs are 8 grams for 2 teaspoons so if you count carbs or are keto, take that into consideration. The powder dissolves very easily in liquids so it's quite a versatile sweetener. You can also bake with it, using a 1:1 replacement for sugar in recipes. I have not tried baking with it yet. I will say that the cost is high for the amount you get, but I think it's worth it to avoid cane sugar. This is a good quality item and shipped to me intact and quickly! ... show more

  • Love this sweetner
Flavor Name: Crystalline Size: 64 Ounce (Pack of 1)
I wanted to get a low carb sweetener that didn’t have erythritol in it. Not sure if erythritol is causing digestion issues, but I also wanted another sweetener that tastes more like sugar. Allulose is that one. This also has monk fruit which is a good one too. There’s no cooling aftertaste like you get from erythritol. And an added bonus (although I haven't tried it yet) is that it’s purported that you can brown and caramelize with allulose sweeteners. Plus there’s research done now that erythritol may not be healthy for you now. This one measures 1:1 like regular sugar so you can sub it in your recipes easier than others that require some finagling with your recipe. It really does tastes more like table sugar. I recommend it. Yes it’s pricey, but so are other food items in the low-carb arena. Next I’m going to try the powdered one. ... show more

  • Sweet but not as sweet
Flavor Name: Crystalline Size: 1 Pound (Pack of 1)
This product is good, but not as sweet as sugar as described. I had to add almost 2 teaspoons to every teaspoon of sugar. I still like it because there is zero after taste. But had only give them 4 stars because the amount needed with every serving. That means more product is used and the cost ratio makes it a bit pricey. ... show more

  • Excellent replacement
Flavor Name: Crystalline Size: 64 Ounce (Pack of 1)
Very good sugar substitute. I am using it in canning as well as tea, cookies and other things I need sweetened.

  • Great Sugar Alternative with No Aftertaste!
Flavor Name: Crystalline Size: 1 Pound (Pack of 1)
The Impact Monk Fruit Allulose Sweetener has been a fantastic sugar substitute for my baking and coffee. It dissolves well, has a natural sweetness without a weird aftertaste, and doesn’t leave any grainy texture. I love that it’s keto-friendly and zero-calorie, making it a great option for those cutting back on sugar. It works 1:1 as a sugar replacement, so there’s no need for complicated conversions. Overall, if you’re looking for a clean, natural-tasting sweetener without artificial flavors, this is a great choice! ... show more

  • Tastes fine, but the packaging is TERRIBLE
Flavor Name: Crystalline Size: 64 Ounce (Pack of 1)
Update: About halfway through this 4lb bag, the packaging problems got even worse. Whoever decided to put this in a paper-like bad made a major miscalculation in its design. We found a one-inch tear low in the bag, with allulose spilling out all over. Thankfully, we'd already realizing the packaging was a problem and sealed it in a larger bag that could be secured. If we hadn't, this would have not only made a huge mess, but we would have lost two pounds of product to contamination. That's unacceptable given what this stuff costs. Again, the product itself is good. But they need a total overhaul of the packaging. And if you order this, in any size, be prepared to re-package it yourself or lose the product. Given this paper-like packaging also lets in too much humidity that causes clumping anyway, that would still be a good idea. -- My wife likes the taste of this one fine. It's one of two brands of allulose, monk fruit blends she prefers. But the packaging for this brand is awful. First, it arrived covered in a dust of the allulose. That should have been the first warning sign. Can't even return it now because she opened it before we realized the bigger issues. 1. There's no way to seal these bags. The company talks about "no plastic" as if it's a great thing. But it's not a great thing when that includes having no way to seal your lousy paper-ish packaging. This is a fine, nearly powdered product. Buy it during humid months like now, and you're asking for clumping or mold when something can't be properly sealed. It's too wide for most clips to properly seal. And having to jam it inside a large zip-lock style bag or canister leaves you with far more plastic than it would have taken to just add a seal to the bag itself! 2. We confirmed too late that the bag has a small hole somewhere. My wife noticed allulose was coming out and covering the surface where she keeps this and most of her coffee stuff. When she placed it back there after making her coffee this morning, she noticed a "poof" of allulose came out the bottom, as if it's being forced through a tiny hole. We haven't found the hole, so it could also be a problem along a seam of the bag. Either way, we have no way of knowing how long this bag has been partially open or what the allulose has been exposed to. She's still using it because, well, we spent a small fortune on 4lbs of sweetener. But you can come up with eco-friendly packaging that doesn't create food safety issues. Not at all happy about this. After this, we'll probably switch back to the other brand. It sucks it only comes in 1lb bags, but the savings on bulk aren't worth it if we can't trust the product to be sealed and safe. ... show more

  • Great sweetener for sensitive stomach
Flavor Name: Crystalline Size: 64 Ounce (Pack of 1)
Tastes better than just pure allulose and sweetness lingers longer. Powdered form dissolves well. One way to improve sweetness and extend it is to add 1% or more of pure monk fruit sweetener to this blend. Lakanto makes a good, 100% pure monk fruit extract in a small bottle which I add to this blend to extend it. I have a sensitive stomach that reacts poorly to almost all sugar substitutes, including stevia, but this blend does not upset my digestion or cause any other issues. This blend of allulose and monk fruit is the go-to sweetener for me. ... show more
