Sweet, Natural, and Perfect for Low-Carb Baking!
Flavor Name: Crystalline
Size: 1 Pound (Pack of 1)
I’m so impressed with Impact Monk Fruit Allulose Sweetener! This crystallized blend is the perfect 1:1 sugar substitute for my low-carb and keto recipes. It dissolves easily in coffee, tea, and drinks, and bakes beautifully—my cookies and muffins come out soft, moist, and perfectly sweet. What I love most is that it’s zero-calorie and low-carb, but still tastes natural without any bitter aftertaste like other sweeteners. It’s a must-have in my pantry for anyone trying to cut sugar without sacrificing flavor. I liked it so much I already ordered a second bag to make sure I never run out!

Love this sweetner
Flavor Name: Crystalline
Size: 64 Ounce (Pack of 1)
I wanted to get a low carb sweetener that didn’t have erythritol in it. Not sure if erythritol is causing digestion issues, but I also wanted another sweetener that tastes more like sugar. Allulose is that one. This also has monk fruit which is a good one too. There’s no cooling aftertaste like you get from erythritol. And an added bonus (although I haven't tried it yet) is that it’s purported that you can brown and caramelize with allulose sweeteners. Plus there’s research done now that erythritol may not be healthy for you now. This one measures 1:1 like regular sugar so you can sub it in your recipes easier than others that require some finagling with your recipe. It really does tastes more like table sugar. I recommend it. Yes it’s pricey, but so are other food items in the low-carb arena. Next I’m going to try the powdered one.

The only non-sugar sweetener I use!
Flavor Name: Crystalline
Size: 1 Pound (Pack of 1)
The media could not be loaded. This Monk fruit Allulose blend is the only sweetener that my body tolerates, besides honey and cane sugar. I like to mix this blend in plain yogurt. The taste is sweet, but slightly less sweet than cane sugar. The crystals are a little smaller and less crunchy than sugar. Zero calories is a bonus! Carbs are 8 grams for 2 teaspoons so if you count carbs or are keto, take that into consideration. The powder dissolves very easily in liquids so it's quite a versatile sweetener. You can also bake with it, using a 1:1 replacement for sugar in recipes. I have not tried baking with it yet. I will say that the cost is high for the amount you get, but I think it's worth it to avoid cane sugar. This is a good quality item and shipped to me intact and quickly!

Sweet but not as sweet
Flavor Name: Crystalline
Size: 1 Pound (Pack of 1)
This product is good, but not as sweet as sugar as described. I had to add almost 2 teaspoons to every teaspoon of sugar. I still like it because there is zero after taste. But had only give them 4 stars because the amount needed with every serving. That means more product is used and the cost ratio makes it a bit pricey.

Great Sugar Alternative with No Aftertaste!
Flavor Name: Crystalline
Size: 1 Pound (Pack of 1)
The Impact Monk Fruit Allulose Sweetener has been a fantastic sugar substitute for my baking and coffee. It dissolves well, has a natural sweetness without a weird aftertaste, and doesn’t leave any grainy texture. I love that it’s keto-friendly and zero-calorie, making it a great option for those cutting back on sugar. It works 1:1 as a sugar replacement, so there’s no need for complicated conversions. Overall, if you’re looking for a clean, natural-tasting sweetener without artificial flavors, this is a great choice!

Tastes , Bakes and caramelizes like regular sugar
Flavor Name: Crystalline
Size: 64 Ounce (Pack of 1)
Everything that regular sugar does ... this product does except rise your blood glucose level. It measures 1cup equal to 1cup of sugar and is just as sweet. Doesn't upset your stomach or create the gas that erythritol does. It blends well during baking and browns for a topping. It caramelizes for s sugar free Carmel syrup. The cost is comparable with other sugar substitutes. There is no after taste or gritty texture. I defiantly recommend this product if you are looking for the ultimate sugar substitute

Great for diabetic friendly recipes
Flavor Name: Crystalline
Size: 64 Ounce (Pack of 1)
This is about as good of a sugar substitute as can be found. It's not quite as sweet as sugar, but if I go 1.25:1 it's pretty close. Doesn't really have a noticeable aftertaste that I've found. Unlike Erythritol, which will dissolve in water but will reform crystals when cooled, this will dissolve completely as a solution and stay that way for weeks. From simple syrup to baking, this substitute behaves almost exactly as caster sugar (baker's sugar).
