Features

  • ORIGINAL USA DESIGN: The Impact Implements 62" Agricultural Field Rake with Tipper Latch is trademarked and designed by engineers in the heartland of the USA. When you buy any of our accessories or utility trailers from the wide and growing family of Impact Implements, you can do so with confidence knowing you are getting the original designs made in cooperation with agricultural experts in the USA.
  • SPRING STEEL TINES: Spring-steel tines are critical for landscape rakes as they withstand considerable twisting without distortion. Lesser quality rake tines will quickly change shape and reduce performance. The Impact Implements Rake has 19 replaceable spring steel tines to clear brush, prep soil, rake arenas, grade lawns for years to come.
  • QUICK RELEASE LATCH: The Impact Implements Landscape Rake has a unique "Quick Pull" Tipper Release Latch to clear debris. Simply reach back, grab the latch, raise the rake, and allow the debris to drop to the ground. No need to waste time getting off your vehicle to clear the rake. Just lift and go!
  • WIDE CUTTING PATH: With a generous 62-inch width, the Impact Implements Landscape Rake covers a ton of ground per pass with your ATV, UTV or lawn/garden tractor. You will make quick work of leaves, pine needles and straw, making it efficient for landscaping tasks by cutting down the time it takes to complete the job.

  • Tractor? Yes! ATV/UTV? No way
I bought this to use on my 27hp 4210 tractor. No way I’d bother trying to use this on an ATV/UTV. As such- I’m treating this review as an attachment for a tractor with a 3pt. It has worked exactly as intended for cleaning up sticks up to 2” and heavy leaves a few times per year. No issues with the tines despite snagging roots here and there- though I don’t buy that they are spring steel. Things of note: As others have stated- this has a 2” RECEIVER mount. You’ll need a 2” piece of heavy wall square tube to connect this. This is a plus IMO because you can make the tongue section as long as you need to suit the task. I went 4’ so I could use it to reach under tree rows. It also means you can use it with your front loader if you have a 2” receiver mount plate. The tilt release/latch is hinkey- and since I’m using this with a 3pt it’s unnecessary. I “locked” this function out by replacing the hinge with bolts and nylock nuts. Use it for what it is. These sell for less than 1/3 of a used landscape/rock/stick rake does. It’s not gonna pull regular duty as an arena rake, it’s not a root ripper, a plow, or stand up to repeated heavy use. It’s a homeowner grade tool that performs well when used accordingly. Battery powered impact or electric ratchet will be your best friend. If you do want to use the tilt latch- pay careful attention to the instructions upon assembly (trust me and just bolt the thing on solid). ... show more

  • Seems Rugged
Easy to to assemble. Used an impact driver to hasten the process. The whole unit seems rugged, I haven't been able to use it yet due to what I perceive as a design flaw. In the description somewhere it should be noted that it has a 2" tube RECEIVER, not hitch insert. I now am waiting for my 2" "male to male" tube so I can attach it to my 4 wheeler, sxs or tractor receiver hitch. A better hitch design would be for the unit to have a 2" tube that connects into a 2" receiver hitch. If it's anything less than rugged an capable, I will update this review once I've had a chance to use the implement. ... show more

  • It's a rake not a plough
The assembly instructions suck, but I was able to get it together. Overall I think it's ok, but it's definitely not built heavy enough to plough unbroken ground and if you try it will die. For it's intended purpose it is fine. The times seem very stiff and somewhat hard hopefully they won't break when they hit unmovable roots. I will update after first use. Update It does well, seems sturdy. The tines are stout but very tough. ... show more

  • This Rake’s So Good, It Makes My ATV Look Like a Monster Truck!
I bought the IMPACT IMPLEMENTS® 62" Landscape Rake with the Tipper Latch & Spring Steel Tines for my Honda Rancher 420, and let me tell ya, this thing isn’t just a rake—it’s a mighty, dust-bustin', dirt-slayin' machine. I was sick of my yard looking like a gravel pit meets a war zone, so I thought, "Why not go big or go home?" Spoiler alert: I went big. First off, this sucker is 62 inches of pure rakin' power. I hooked it up to my 4 wheeler (the one I call "Greenie") and immediately felt like the King of the Hill. My neighbors probably think I’m either a landscaping genius or some kind of rodeo star now. Either way, they can’t stop staring. The Tipper Latch? Game changer. I don't have to stop, get off the tractor, and adjust the rake. It tips on the go—like a magic trick for your yard. I could probably rake the whole neighborhood while still sippin’ on my iced tea without breaking a sweat. But the real magic is the Spring Steel Tines. These tines are like the Chuck Norris of rakes—nothing gets past 'em. Sticks, rocks, stubborn grass? It don’t matter. They tear through it like a hot knife through butter. I feel like I could pull up the entire state of Mississippi with this thing. At first, I wasn’t sure if my ATV and I were ready for this much power. But now, I can rake up everything, and I mean EVERYTHING—from leaves to dirt to that pesky neighbor’s cat that keeps using my yard as its personal litter box. If you’re lookin’ for a rake that’ll do everything except cook dinner, this is your tool. ... show more

  • Strong, heavy duty great product for the price.
Great product. Use behind Ariens gt 20hp garden tractor. Strong enough to give a lifetime of use. Would recommend to anyone looking for landscaping rake.

  • No way to actually attach and use it!
Although the build quality was great for this price point, it turns out there is no way to actually attach the rake to a receiver on your tractor, atv, etc. Not sure who would design an implement with a Female receiver, but these folks did! In most parts of the world your tractor, vehicle or whatever will have a female receiver and equipment, hitches etc has the Male end...kinda how things work ya know? The picture shows what I am referring to. Lucky I have a shop, as I will need to build a m-m adapter for the silly thing out of 2" stock. ... show more

  • Sturdy, works well.
It is a nice size behind my JD 4100. The only reason it did not get 5 stars is I had to go get a 4 foot piece of 2 inch square tubing, 0.065 wall, because the rake and my 3pt receiver are both receiver ends. Four feet gives it just the right amount of float. Drill holes for the pins 3.5 inches from each end on opposite sides of the tube. Pick the pair of sides that does not include the weld for ease of drilling. I used a step bit after drilling a small pilot hole. This rake is meant to be used with their 3 point adapter, but my tractor already has a 3pt system. They should offer an adapter kit for everyone else. My 4 foot 2x2 square tube was $16 so don't get ripped off. I have seen ads for 6x that amount. The lever should use a shoulder bolt or a lock nut so it will stay in place without being snug against the pivot flanges. That would keep the dump mechanism free to move. I intend on getting a lock nut to remedy mine. ... show more
