Good value suit case. I bought for a trip to Chicago from California. I have since used it for 7 other trips and flights.     • Mixed feelings…Overall, decided to return.

*I returned this set. Pros: 1. The “personal item bag” is the perfect size. You could fit a lot in it and it fits perfectly underneath the plane seat. This was my favorite part. I wish it had backpack straps on it. 2. The toiletry bag is great too! Perfect size. Both bags are really good quality. Cons: 1. The suitcase wheels were not very strong. They had a hard time rolling over carpet, on the street, etc. I nearly fell down multiple times while walking with the suitcase because it would get stuck on plain ground. 2. The suitcase is tiny for a carryon. You could absolutely use larger carryons and this one is below the minimum size. 3. Because the suitcase is a hard shell, you could only fit stuff in the two sides. There is an extra compartment but it doesn’t have any room to fit anything—even a flat portable charger—once the suitcase is full. There isn’t much wiggle room. ... show more

Easy to use and pretty roomy, but they don’t match. Very different shades of pink, and the personal item bag that sits on top isn’t very sturdy. I felt nervous with my laptop in it. The carry on luggage itself is great though! Wheels roll well and the zippers seem pretty nice.     • Bad purchase
This luggage was TERRIBLE!!! I just returned from a short trip yesterday and I am returning this piece of junk today! First, the zippers on the luggage were terrible and didn't fit cleanly so it was difficult to zip it up while being concerned about the zipper just breaking. the lock did not work properly. It would not open and was stuck several times as I was trying to extract my computer. The locks got stuck and only one lock would release. The computer area would not even hold any size charger for the computer. I had to put that into the main area of the suitcase. The carry-on bag was also a nightmare. If you have anything packed inside, it made the flap that fits over the handle of the suitcase too tight to fit even though the bag was not heavily loaded. The inside zipper in the bag was half open and half closed when it arrived, and I had to work with it to get it to unzip and rezip. This was such a mess, that I had to send most of my stuff home via UPS as I was concerned that the suitcase zipper wouldn't hold. I travel a lot for work and leisure, and I need something dependable. Last minute trip and realized I had lost my status so no free baggage check! Got this next day and absolutely LOVED IT! Worked great, had plenty of space, was able to bring my laptop and iPad safely and it was light enough for me to handle. The rollers worked perfect and I was able to pack everything (and I’m not a light packer). I used the additional bag for toiletries and makeup bag, chargers, and of course threw my purse in there so it would count as my “personal” item. Sleek look as well. Highly recommend. ... show more
