It does its job, but taking the top half off is pretty difficult. I found that running it under hot water for 10s or so helps the ice release from the piece you’re removing. Oh - also… it drips down your arm as it melts while you’re using it, so wrap a cotton wash cloth or hand towel around it to stop it from dripping down your arm and dribbling all over your counters and/or floors. ... show more

I’ve been hearing more things online about how ice is good for your face. Instead of using ice cubes, I decided to get something to make an ice roller. It is so simple to use which I liked. I’d ice my face every morning and then just fill it up with more water and put it in the freezer. It felt really good in the morning and I felt more awake which was a positive. One thing I noticed with this ice roller is that when I needed to thaw it out, sometimes I’d pull the top off and then the ice would break and not get a nice roller top. It would then make it a little sharp and then I couldn’t do it until the next day. I feel the the mold is pretty standard. There isn’t anything amazing to it but isn’t anything horrible. Even after doing it consistently, I didn’t see much improvement with my face which was the main reason for me to get this.
