I am disappointed as how difficult is it for Amazon to check that products are sealed before delivered. $40 out & the time it takes to drive to return & then the delay getting my money back . Watered down face wash. I normally purchase this product on its website but since I ran out and Amazon had same day shipping I purchased it from here. There was no seal on my cap, not even on the bottle itself. When I used it, it felt more watered down and it didn’t have as many bubbles as it normally does. I’ve been using this product for a while (normally an amazing face wash) and I’ve never had a bottle like this one that was so watered down.

I was using a bunch of Image products and Ormedic line especially was great for my sensitive combo skin. Too bad they are not cruelty free so I had to change the products but came back to the cleanser because it’s perfect for my face, despite the scent presence.
