MEGA (L) is a new version of MEGA for the die-hard holo connoisseurs out there! MEGA (L) is the most linear, pure holographic polish out there. The difference between MEGA and MEGA (L) is subtle but extremely significant to holo lovers everywhere! MEGA (L) is made up of much smaller holographic pigment particles than the original MEGA. The end result is an intense holographic manicure with beautiful and silky appearing coverage along with a much smoother ("linear") appearing rainbow effect in direct light. Really a pleasure. The color is beautiful and sophisticated with a good finish. The gold specks are more subtle than I thought. They're not really visible as in the picture. Its thicker than cheapy nail polishes and if you put it on well, it may need just the one coat. Its thick and juicy. Was a pleasure to give myself a mani after decades of only getting them done externally. Highly recommend, even with a shipping charge - and I usually never buy anything with a shipping charge. Customer service is also excellent. They will work with you until you are satisfied with your purchase. UPDATE: Photo below after 10 days - I scrubbed pots n pans, cleaned kitchen, fridge, sink, dishwasher, cooked, cut veggies, fruits, did housework - all with no gloves. As you can see from the pic below - still beautimous. I used a cheap top coat, but I think I will invest in the ILNP top/base coat. Its crazy how well it lasts. 2nd ILNP purchase and am equally in love (this tine with Toasted)! The photo with the bottle has two coats along with a high gloss gel top coat. The other is with a single coat and the same top coat. The shorter nail pic is three coats. It does get deeper into what I consider to be "toasted" depending on the number of coats and the light, which I love....lots of options in one bottle. I LOVE ILNP nail polish. This is my fourth bottle and I will continue to purchase more. I find the quality to be very high, I prefer it to higher end brands. The shade selection is astounding. I generally like to use three thin coats of ILNP followed by a UV top coat. This gives me salon-quality manicures and pedicures. Every ILNP product I have purchased has been true to the pictured shade. Shipping- these do not seem to come from the Amazon warehouses. I’ve had this in my Amazon cart for months but the long-ish shipping times were a turn off. I’ve been described as many things but patient is not one of them. I order lilac bridges thinking it would be a light lilac with gold shift and I bought sandcastle thinking it would be a nice neutral. Straight out of the box, both nail polishes are similar in color to the point that I could have just bought one and been ok. So far I’ve only tried lilac bridges and it’s definitely more champagne with very little lilac. Still a very pretty neutral, but not what I was expecting. ... show more

Color: Avalanche Size: 0.4 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)
I’ve bought 5 nail from ILNP so far: Mega, Downtown, Talk It Up, Harper and Avalanche. One thing I have noticed with this brand is that what you think you’re going to get on your nails is different than what is shown in the pictures. Reading the reviews for the polish you’re interested in helps but it’s not perfect. For Mega, I was expecting it to be more like a silver chrome the way Avalanche is but Mega is more like an iridescent rainbow when light hits it and then a dull gray the rest of the time. Personally, I don’t enjoy gray nail polish and was expecting a shimmery rainbow all of the time. It is also a cream polish and has a harder time drying as such. Disappointed by this one and will most likely give it away. For Downtown, the texture is great with this polish as it actually dries, hardens and I can do things with my hands. I’ve noticed that the cream polishes stay malleable for days but this texture dries well. I even deinstalled a bathroom vent fan with this nail polish on and not one chip! (And I was not gentle with my hands.) The color for this polish was unexpected though. I thought I was getting a lilac/purple polish with a gold shimmer but once painted on with 3 coats (bc that’s what you need to reach full opacity) it’s really more like a green polish with gold shimmer and then when the nails are tilted to the side it appears purplely. Kind of reminds me of beetle wings. Not too jazzed with the color but the fact that it dries and I can do things with my hands makes me want to keep it. For Talk It Up, this is one of my favorites color wise (it’s a beautiful sheer, opalescent pink to blue) but it is a cream polish and even on the third day of wearing it, it was still malleable which was very disappointing. I had to paint Downtown over it to cover the imperfections and give it some hardness. Would return if I could. For Harper, this is also a cream polish so I had the same difficulties as the last ones. I thought it would be more of a metallic lilac but it ended up looking like lilac with gold flecks in it and being rather muted. A little underwhelmed by this one and would return if I could. And lastly, for Avalanche, the color is fine but the texture is more like a cream polish. Had the same difficulties as the other cream polishes. Beautiful glittery, chrome silver finish to it that sparkles in every light but sadly doesn’t dry as well. Wish I could return but it’s not an option. In conclusion, I will be searching for the ILNP polishes that have the same texture as Downtown and avoiding the rest. I have a life to live and can’t be worried about my nails all the time. It would also be helpful if ILNP posted photos of the polishes in different types of light so that it’s not such a surprise when the customer receives it and it’s not exactly like the studio lighting shows. Seems like an overall good company but some of the formulations still need work. ... show more
