Very lightweight and comfortable, and it looks great too. It does run a bit noisy, and the visor fogs up fairly easily, but the included accessories—like the extra visor and the ski mask—more than make up for it in my opinion. Helmet is a bit heavy but causes no problems when worn. Fits snug but comfortably to wear. The clasp on the chin strap has lots of range to tighten or loosen and is easy to undo. There is wind noise at highway speeds. I use ear plugs and that fixes the wind noise and allows me to hear the engine.
