I received this helmet as a gift from my hubby so that I can ride my e bike with him during the cold weather change here in NYC. I feel like an astronaut in a space suit while wearing this...lol It blocks out all cold wind, blowing dust & particles, and keeps my face & whole head warm! I had to get used to feeling like my head was a bit heavier, (and bigger. I bumped my head a few times while wearing it while I was off of my bike LOL). I also had to break it in because it was a little tight on my cheeks initially, but now it has adjusted to my head & face structure and doesn't feel too tight on my cheek bones. All in all, pretty happy with this helmet. The quality is pretty good and it looks great. Love the tilt up front feature for putting the helmet on. The fit is a little tight based on my expectations. Most Large helmets fit me a bit looser than this one, but not severely tight. Have had the helmet and used it maybe a 100 rides so far and it's held up well. Read some people had issues with the visor coming lose, but I haven't had that issue on mine. Great helmet for the price. ... show more

    • I have used this helmet for a few weeks now, I like it.

I have the large model and it fits me very well. It is 1 size bigger than I am used to ordering just FYI. I can wear my glasses with no problem or discomfort. I have preventively applied silicon grease (spray) on all the moving parts and all of them are easy to operate, still, the shield does not drop unless I operate it, so everything works as it should. I ride a naked bike, and it becomes a little bit noisy passed 65mph, but nothing unbearable. Overall, I have no regrets about my purchase. The helmet is very good for the price. I hope that I will not have to test its performance in case of an accident, i hope it will do its job if it happens. The finish of the helmet is not the greatest but, for the price, it is very good. ... show more

It's a good helmet, for what you pay. It's definitely put together like it's worth $90. But it stays on my head fine, fitment is fine, visor works fine, sun visor works fine. Good value helmet.

    • 6 months in and the liner is coming loose.

Definitely a great alternative to a 400$ helmet. But for 85$, the Chinese could do better. Windscreen doesn't seal very well on top. Probably a 3/32" gap at the corners. This causes whistling and allowes rain water to easily get in helmet. Also, the secondary sun visor has a "bend" to it that causes eyes to strain. It's like putting on glasses that aren't made for you. Tolerable, but I've never had that issue before. The helmet is very light though, and I get very little wind buffeting which I usually have issues with because of my height. I probably wouldn't buy another one of these helmets in it's current state. ... show more

I'm sure there are better, lighter helmets out there, but I don't think you can beat this one for the price. I looked at so many before purchasing. Love this one! I'm new to riding and to helmets and the modular system makes it so much easier to get in and out of and gives me quick relief when I feel too closed in.
