This motorcycle helmet provides is also equipped with intercom function, which supports 3 riders pairing, 2 riders intercom at the same time. NOTE: ILM bluetooth helmet with battery fully charged serves 12 hours phone talk time, 8 hours intercom talk time and 110 hours of standby. NOTE: One touch control for phone calls, Music, FM Radio, and GPS navigation audio. NOTE: Incoming phone call overrides intercom, music, and GPS navigation audio. Read user manual for more information. 3 riders pairing, 2 riders intercom communication at the same time with maximum distance up to 500 Meters (1640 Feet). NOTE: Rider-to-rider intercom communication is only compatible among ILM brand Bluetooth helmets and is not compatible across other brands. Battery set contains 1 battery and 1 USB cable. Out of the box to a 3000 mile ride. Comfortable, like the function of the visor, sun visor and ability to open the front of the helmet. Drove for hours in wind, rain and even some snow, A+ on all of that. The non-functionality of the blue tooth and audio makes the audio unusable in my opinion. Volume - you can only cycle the volume by turning it up until it reaches max volume, next click goes to minimum volume - that is ridiculous. Yes you can control blue tooth volume on your phone, but then if you should switch over to radio, the volume is full blast. Using a single user interface press and turn for all things audio is also ridiculous, realize they are trying to keep things simple, but too much so. The helmet keeps wind noise down fairly well, but outside noise still to loud to hear audio at highway speeds. Great for going under 50. I was riding solo so have no input on the ability to talk to other riders. ... show more

Really like the quality of the speakers - they are loud and clear. The microphone works well. I have yet to figure out how the intercom between helmets, but that is minor. I will say they run a little small considering I have always worn medium and this one is super tight. Will adjust and edit as I figure it out more. ... show more

    • A XXL isn't an XXL

I ordered this helmet for me, and was really looking forward to it. My noggin is 24 7/8" at its' biggest, and I've always worn a XXL. My Bell and Arai XXL's have always fit me perfectly. When I got this helmet, first thing I did was try to put it on. Without the face shield down, the helmet goes on, but it's painfully tight, and the helmet flexes such that the face shield won't close. There's no way this XXL is an XXL. This is a shame, because it looks like a great helmet. I gave the helmet to my 15 y/o son and it's a little tight on him (24" head) but at least the face shield closes. After he's worn it for a few weeks I'll try it again to see if the padding compresses any, but I wont buy one of these for me. ... show more

Three stars, due to the fact that the sizing is off. I am around a 60cm head which is a large according to the chart provided. It was far too small. I ordered a size up and I will edit this as necessary. Overall the helmet does seem nice, especially at its price point. It does feel a tad heavy compared to my other full face helmets (Biltwell GringoSV, Gringo). I've worn modulars in the past similar to this, but they were a much higher price point. The more expensive were lighter, but I won't complain because in the event I would need this ILM I feel it would adequately protect my noggin. Overall if you're in the market for a modular at a lower price point I would suggest this ILM, I would just size up if you're at the top of the measurements for their sizing. ... show more

I've put a couple thousand miles in with this helmet and it still works great! Besides a couple cosmetic scrapes and dings from storing it with other gear, then interior and exterior have both held up great. The noise suppression is great below 75mph. It is very comfortable. It also does a great job of ventilating in a way that prevents fogging, but also doesn't blast your eyes with air. ... show more
