My helmet is comfortable to wear. Stays connected. Clear conversation but the sound quality with music is very treble heavy and I have hearing issues at higher levels so I still need to wear my Hearing Aids under it.

The helmets are comfortable and fit well. The full-face elements are good, along with the built-in shades. We follow the directions of how to pair when we ride and it is hit or miss when it actually works as it says it will. You can pair a helmet with your phone of music or to take calls. You can pair your helmet with a passenger or with others riding with you. But, I think it's a bit limiting that the system cwon't let you pair with one helmet and a phone. ... show more

It's 2022. Good speakers aren't cost prohibitive. Listening to music is almost an assault on the ears. If good sound is important, find a different manufacturer.

I will not take built in dark visors for granted again because of this helmet but holy hell the speakers are booty. I'd give it a 5 if the quality was better. 0 base whatsoever. And I believe you cannot skip or replay just by using the dial. I've tried all sorts of combos most helmets like this use but nada.. and I have some wiring issues because the right side sound goes out depending how I put the helmet on (about 5/6 months later) but once I mess with it til it works it's fine the rest of the ride. Soooo yeah I would by a diff Bluetooth helmet that hopefully has better sound but not until this helmet goes through it's one time use or until the sound completely gives out.. ... show more

The helmet is comfortable and the front visor rarely fogs. However I would encourage that you to get the next size larger than what the chart suggests. The only real issue for me is the internal speakers are terrible. Very tinny. If you like to listen to good music with a beat, this is not the helmet for you. ... show more
