Being a creature of habits, once I felt the feeling of the gloves on my hand in use I was convinced. Having decided to keep these off brand, gloves I immediately treated them, working conditioner/protectant into the leather... So Stoked on these Stunning, Soft, Strong/flexible/supple... feedback positive Gloves! Have not crash tested them, and will ardently resist doing so, however I have confidence in the design and manufacture... should hold up should they need to...     • RECENT MOTORCYCLE ACCIDENT

I was recently in a 25-30 mph wreck in these gloves. The pros are they without a doubt 100% do protect your skin. They also are very durable, they have no marks whatsoever from the accident. Like, literally zero damage. They took less damage than my hands did. They're also super cool looking. However, there's a pretty SERIOUS flaw. The slide protector on the heel of your hand is narrow, so on impact it concentrated the force of the impact on that narrow little strip. It was excruciating, imagine the sensation of palm-striking a pointed stone at 30mph plus rotational falling speed. The pain lasted 2 months and is only today starting to ease off. That slide protector needs to cover a larger surface area to spread out the impact. Despite wearing the gloves I seriously sprained both my wrists and the ligaments in both hands. I lost zero skin, broke no bones, and will make a full recovery. Wish the slide protector was much wider around, and wish there was more protection on the knife edge of each hand (holy gosh do those still hurt). ... show more

At first look the gloves look great and aggressive, they feel comfortable and the extra protection on palm, fingers, specially on pinky is noticeable. The carbon fiber knuckles armor with the vents look great. Not touch screen friendly. First try 6/27/2019 the ride was from home to work and back ( total miles riding 20 ) the feel is a bit snugged I'm an XL in gloves, in this particular glove I could be XXL, besides the tight fit they feel good. Second ride total miles around 50 miles the seam along the thum was feeling uncomfortable, at the end of the ride there was a very visible mark on my thum area due to the seam of the glove. Don't know about durability but ill check back in a month. (Update 7/2/2019 - the gloves tore, going to try and not pull from that area from now on.) ... show more

Good quality, comfotable gloves, NOT touchscreen compatible. Even though the ad says the are. I really wish they were, that's one of the reasnons I chose these gloves. Haven't returned them though because they are comfortable and look like they'll offer good protection if needed.

First day wearing these and my front tire locked up at 20mph. I power fisted the pavement with my left hand and the gloves held up excellent. Ended up breaking my arm but my hand isn't even bruised. The gloves fit pretty good as well. Kinda tight on the pinky but I feel like they needed some break in. ... show more

Years ago I had The gauntlet version of these gloves. They were an extra large. I remember they fit well but we're a little snug around my thumb area. So this time I ordered the short gloves and a XXL. Thinking that it being a size larger than what I normally wear would give me a little more wiggle room and make them more comfortable to slide on and off as I ride my motorcycle. I don't know what has changed with the company, but this is not an xxl. At most I would say this is a extra large. Or large. For $60 I expect the sizing to be correct. I also followed the sizing chart on their website. Just to make sure there was no question in getting the correct size. And the XXL should have given me a little extra room. Unfortunately these are small in comparison to the correct size and measurements of their website. If you get these gloves please get a size or two larger if possible. Honestly if they had a 3XL I would return these for a 3XL. But because they don't I will now be stretching the gloves with oil. I wish these were double stitched. Instead of single stitched. Finally the worst part of these gloves is the same issue I had with a gauntlets. It's tighter on the thumb and will dye your skin black. Eventually they'll stop dying your skin black. But it takes many months for that to stop. ... show more
