This is the first lotion that my 5 year old asks for more of. The first one that doesn't sting when I put it on her sensitive, dry, itchy, scabby eczema flare ups. The first one that doesn't make her feel worse. It's non greasy, absorbs well, smooth and creamy, and a little goes a long way. I have only been using this on her for a couple of days now, but it seems to have already improved her problem areas quite a bit. Putting this lotion on her doesn't feel like I'm just slathering it on top like every other lotion. You can tell it's actually getting absorbed. Because it's fragrance free, it does have that unappealing plain lotion scent to it. But it isn't a strong smell, it doesn't linger and I personally don't find it too offensive considering it is fragrance free. (You'll find this issue with every fragrance free product, so best to get over it. I said what I said.) If I could give this 100 stars, I would. After struggling through eczema with my child for 5 years and trying every lotion and cream and ointment and rx steroid imaginable, this is the first and only product that has actually impressed me.

Finally, at 37 years old I can stop searching for a moisturizer that works. It's really difficult to find a moisturizer for very oily, acne prone skin that also gets a ton of dry patches. It doesn't turn greasy, hasn't irritated my sensitive skin at all, and hasn't caused breakouts. My skin is so soft after using it and it stays moisturized the entire day unlike with others that I have to reapply constantly to keep the dry patches at bay. It has a medium consistency that hydrates like something much heavier. I love that it doesn't add a bunch of extra things to it and is strictly a good moisturizer.

I’ve been really impressed with the Illiyoon Ceramide Ato Concentrate Cream. Even though it’s lightweight, it delivers surprisingly deep hydration, which has been a lifesaver for my winter skin. I use tretinoin, and during colder months I usually end up with dry, flaky patches—but layering this cream on after applying tret has made a huge difference. By the next morning, my skin feels so much more comfortable with no dryness, and it doesn’t leave my face feeling greasy at all. It absorbs quickly and spreads easily, which makes it really pleasant to use, especially at night when I just want something that sinks right in. My skin is normally on the balanced side, but tretinoin + winter = dryness for me. This cream has kept everything evenly moisturized, and I’ve noticed that my overall skin tone looks more even simply because my skin isn’t irritated or patchy anymore. I also think it’ll work great for me in the summer since it’s nourishing without being heavy. Great moisturizing cream. Doesn't seem to be comedogenic so far (no breakouts). Not greasy, and while it is thick, it is not heavy. Absorbs well. Large enough tube to use for the whole body. If you use for face and neck only, will last a long time. So, great for the price. I am happy with it.

The winter uglies have approached, it’s the time of year when the dry air steals all the moisture out of your skin. I’ve been using this cream for about a month now, I’ve read that it does wonders for dry skin in the winter & the rumors are true! My legs get a scaly appearance due to the dry climate and it’s entirely gone & my partner has even complimented how soft my skin feels! The moisturizer is nice and thick but entirely lightweight and easy to rub in, you don’t need a lot ! it does unfortunately (possibly fortunate for you?) have a velvety/matte finish while I prefer a high gloss/glass skin finish. I just top it off with aquaphor & problem solved!

This stuff is GOLD. The second time I’ve ordered a tube and trust me, I squeezed every last drop I could out of the first one. As women I think it’s rare that we completely finish a product and I’m just being honest here. We often have to purchase so many different brands to find THE ONE that works, and Illyoon works. I have very dry, irritated skin with patchy spots, as my skin has changed post 4 kids, and as I’ve gotten into my 40’s. I’m fair skinned and have some rosacea, as I get redness flare ups, warm skin and the dry patches? I’m sure it’s eczema or actinic keratosis. My skin sucks up moisturizers and when it comes to creams-I don’t like the kind that just “sit” on top of your skin & this one doesn’t do that. It soaks in immediately giving you soft, supple, hydrated skin. This one is also almost cooling? For real. It gives you like an “ahhh” when you spread it on your face and a little goes a long way. I love that it’s unscented, you can use it anywhere: hands, arms, face, I can use it on my kids safely also. I see that Dr. Dray, a dermatologist I trust has also recommended this moisturizer which only hypes it up for me even more. I’ll continue to use this and recommend it to anyone.
