I could not rate this higher. This has changed my skin. I have REALLY, incredibly, obnoxiously sensitive skin. Lanolin? No. Shea butter? No. Coconut? No. Squala/ene? GOD no. I have tried a hundred different moisturizers for my painfully dry, flaky sensitive skin, which can usually only tolerate vaseline and zinc cream (neither of which fix the dryness). Usually the cycle is as follows: skin gets so dry it looks and feels awful, I try a "non-comodogenic, sensitive skin safe" moisturizer, it mildly relieves the dryness while decimating my skin with acne and allergies. I recently hit the winter/autumn dryness and started the cycle again, and ended up with a face full of acne. Now stuck with both dry, flaky skin AND acne, I found this. I scanned the ingredients, found none of the usual suspects, and bought it. Cut to a week later using it morning and night, and my skin has literally never been better. It healed all my acne, fixed my dryness, and has made my skin look and feel so much better. I will never be without this again. Please never stop selling this. Absorbs quickly, non-greasy, no smell, and works better than any other product I've tried at a totally reasonable drug-store price. No notes.

I used the Madeca brand before switching to this one. I'm amazed at the difference in just a few days of use. My face feels more supple, and it looks more dewy than oily. I have really sensitive skin so I really try to be careful what I use on my face. I also have oily skin and will break out in a rash if I use a product that's too harsh. The Madeca brand is great, but my face would still look oily by the afternoon and I would have an ocassional break out during my period. This product makes my skin look soft and dewy throughout the day. It has no smell, in my opinion. I also noticed my hands are much softer and feel buttery smooth. It fully absorbs into your skin and gives it a really soft feel. The Madeca brand would make my skin feel a bit sticky afterwards and shiny. I'm very impressed with this product. I'll have to see how it holds up in a few months. Also, I had my husband apply some to his hands because they were extremely dry from using hand sanitizer often at work, and it really made a difference in just a few applications. I highly recommend this product and will definitely be switching from the Madeca brand to this one.

Severely broken facial barrier. Used an electric face brush and fancy skin cleansers (garbage and not worth it at all.) Once facial barrier damaged body broke out in atopic dermatitis at contact points. Makes sense face is in contact with all matter of pollutants and bacteria face turned tomato red everything burned. I had 3 dermatology appointments. Diagnosed with eczema or psoriasis or dermatitis depending on visit. I tried to tell them it started with my face, they offered steroids (avoid these especially on face if possible.) Reddit gave me clues and stopped all products. I only washed with soft water and applied Vaseline which still burned. I found this product on a Reddit post and slowly started applying it about 1-1.5 months ago and my face is about 90-95% better. Bumps almost all gone redness 95% better and skin retaining moisture again. Be patient use water only to wash a basic ceramide moisturizer and whatever sunscreen doesn’t hurt. I still slug Vaseline on top of this at night sometimes. See what works for you but this is what helped me.

This has been great to use during my pregnancy. I use it for my face, neck, and stomach. My skin has been clear for the most part and I’d like to believe this is keeping any possible stretch marks at bay (we’ll see after birth). I originally had the smaller size, but I got the big one because I use it so much! My skin is on the dryer side, so when I use this, my hands become super moisturized. Even if I wash my hands, it’ll stay soft for a bit. I would reapply when I remember, but this is a necessity for me during the winter months. The cream is heavier than the lotion, but I don’t feel like it’s uncomfortable on the skin.

Having sensitive skin—especially on the face—is such a challenge. My facial skin tends to look dehydrated, so I've been on a journey to find the best product that can give me a dewy look without triggering an allergic reaction. I was enticed to try Illiyoon because it’s marketed as safe for sensitive skin. I usually experience either an itchy rash or small red acne on my cheeks and chin. I bought this product because of its mild formula, and because it doesn't contain ingredients I’m typically allergic to—especially fragrance/perfumes. My skin and even my sinuses are sensitive to fragrances. Unfortunately, I still had an allergic reaction in some areas of my face. It became itchy. During the first two tries, I layered it with two other products: a hydrolyzed collagen jelly cream (also a Korean brand) and a hydro boost cream (an American brand). On the third try, I waited for the rash to go away and then applied the Illiyoon Ceramide ATO Concentrate Cream on its own—but sadly, the result was the same. On a positive note, I really like the texture. It's not too thick, not runny or sticky, feels light, and isn't greasy. It doesn’t make your skin look overly glossy like you've applied Vaseline. The size and quantity are good for the price. It retains moisture well, leaving my skin soft and appearing hydrated. As for the overall quality, it's not 100% for me. I was really hoping it would work with my sensitive skin—but unfortunately, it didn’t.

I absolutely love the Illiyoon moisturizer! I started using it to calm my skin after tretinoin treatments, and it’s been a game changer. The texture is rich but not greasy, and it absorbs beautifully without leaving any residue. It instantly soothes irritation and keeps my skin hydrated all night. If you use strong actives like tretinoin or acids, this is the perfect product to restore your skin barrier. My face feels soft, calm, and balanced every morning. Highly recommend it for anyone with sensitive or dry skin!
