I do not like to be negative, but I have to say to those interested in this mold that you may want to look a little further and possibly spend a little more to improve quality. Also read reviews and product details listed by seller. If the reviews are mostly below fair, keep looking. The issue that I had was the silicone was a bit flimsy and would alter the shape slightly in the larger molds due to not being strong enough to hold the resin. Also the pattern once poured and cured did not fit together without having to file down some of the connecting pieces so they absolutely had to be glued to stay together and it was more work and lessened the quality of the entire finished box. I wouldn't buy again to be honest and I want others to have a better experience and a better finished product.

Made one the other day. Some reviews said the pieces didn’t fit together. I had no problem. It took longer to set hard but I really like it. I would recommend this mold.

The mold looks really easy to put together but the first one I made was sticking in the center of the two larger parts making a sort of bubble on the surface of the silicone. I am not sure how that is going to affect future castings. I did spray mold release initially. The weather was really humid so not sure if that had an affect. I have not yet assembled it into the box due to it not being fully cured as yet because of the weather

This is a really cool mold. The top and bottom DO NOT have flat results- they are full of ripples. I layed it out flat for a couple weeks and they didn't flatten. so as long as your ok with a "WAVY" face and bottom of your box then this is a really cool mold. you do have to do some sanding and gluing as they dont fit perfectly- but I think that would be as expected.

I bought this mold awhile ago. And just used it the other day for the first time. During the pour everything worked great.. It held up like molds should. It was easy to remove once my resin was ready. Once I had all of my pieces out of the molds, I was ready to put it together. The bottom doesn't fit with the rest of it. I had to grind many parts of it down for it to fit. Because I had to grind it down, since the holes are shifted more to one side, now there are gaps. The sides fit fine.. however, they do not snap in like the video/pictures show. It is loose.. The top was easy to get in the holes, but slides from side to side, and when you open the lid.. it rubs against the back. Because nothing is secure.. I will now have to try gluing it together and hope it looks ok still. I had planned on making these for the kids.. but because this mold has many faults.. now Im not sure its worth my time.

The mold seems very flimsy and it warps. It does not lay flat even when filled so it causes the sides to be unevenly filled. I made 2 seperate boxes just to check and it was the same issue both times. It was like the center was bowed up. Very frustrating to work with.
