They are bags, and you can put things in them. If anyone has ever used Ikea bags you will know that these are a lot thicker than say other brand names you can get in a store. The only complaint is that these were a little more expensive than I could get if I went to Ikea and got them. HOWEVER, you are paying for convenience when ordering online and I am okay with that, which is why I didn't take any stars off. It's a great product and it's literally exactly what you get in the store, I will keep buying these online from this seller because it is very convenient and a good quality product.

I received two boxes, as in the description. Each box has both sizes inside, which is a space saver! I can put the closed box in a cabinet until I need it. The designs are really cute, which is obviously not necessary but a fun bonus. I am sure that the cost is much lower in store, but I do not have an IKEA near me. They aren't as thick as most freezer bags, but don't feel as flimsy and thin as other brands. Overall, I think I would purchase them again. (Sorry that one picture is upside down.. not sure how that happened.)

This seller is consistently sending only one box to about 5% of their customers. The description clearly states 120-bag pack and shows a picture of 2 boxes. I do not want a refund. I want my second box shipped to me. The bags themselves are as expected. Not super-thick like some freezer bags, but they do the job. I have repeatedly tried to contact customer support but have still not been able to connect. I will update this review and my rating if I receive the second box.
