I received the ice chest missing 1 rod holder, between Amazon and Igloo customer service the issue was resolved. Amazon and Igloo were very easy to deal with and the ice chest is great!! I'm not sure if the Igloo will hold ice as well as my Yeti but for my purposes it's exactly what I need 😏

It’s a well built cooler and rolls good on the beach and outdoor grass. I had multiple compliments on it when I went to the beach a few weeks back. Cooler came already damaged and looks used. Bottom plastic support for wheel “axle” is broken off and inside the box. The box is ok and the part broken is far away from the edge of the box due to the wheels so this item was packaged damage and unlikely happened in transport.
