Igloo shall either repair the product or component or provide you with a replacement product or component if it proves defective under the terms of this warranty for the time specified from the date of original purchase. This warranty is not transferable. Owner must present original Proof of Purchase to obtain warranty service. Dealers, service centers, or retail stores do not have the right to change the terms and conditions of this warranty. This warranty is not valid if the product or components have been (1) used commercially, (2) damaged through abuse, misuse or neglect, (3) damaged in an accident, (4) unreasonably used or used for any purpose for which it was not intended, (5) repaired or altered in any way from its original configuration, (6) damaged due to lightning strikes or other acts of nature. Normal wear and tear, including dents, scratches, discoloration or fading is not covered under this warranty. This is a sturdy igloo! The lock took a little getting used to because it’s not the typical kind that I’m used to, but I actually liked it better because it kept the young kids from opening it and leaving it open, they had to have a parent help them so I appreciated that. It’s got wheels so it was very easy to transport. instead of having to lug a heavy cooler around with a bad back, we can just drag it on its wheels! I really like that too. It has cupholders, which is nice that we could put our drinks in there when we were camping. The price was right. Overall, it’s a great cooler that kept our drinks cold. ... show more

At least four days of ice! GREAT cooler. After a number of camping trips I’m really pleased with this cooler. Opening often will reduce the days of ice and very cold food so I bring a second little cooler for two days worth of food and when I open the igloo on day three or four the ice is a solid as when I packed it. Definitely pre chill; makes a big difference. I like the what I believe is the beer bottle opener as a place to add a lock (In my experience, raccoons, even deer, are very smart). Wheels are a big benefit for me especially with rustic camping. The style of cooler is rather heavy to start with and once you add ice and food, female, age 72, I do struggle. This cooler is a good as a Yeti and other popular brands for a much better price. ... show more

We used this cooler for a 3-day, 2-night camping trip at Ocean City and never had to buy extra ice—it kept everything cold the whole time. For comparison, we also brought along an older cooler just for drinks, and by the second day the drinks were already floating in water. The only downside is the retractable handle. When the cooler is fully loaded, it feels a bit flimsy, like it could bend or snap with the wrong move. Since we mostly kept it in one spot, I can’t really speak to its durability when rolling it around. That said, the cooler itself is very sturdy and impressively well-insulated. ... show more

Very attractive and spacious with sturdy straps that hold the lid down securely. I love having wheels to move the cooler around because it is quite heavy when loaded with ice and beverages. The wheels and handle both seem a bit flimsy, but no issues so far. I have not used for camping yet, so I can't comment on how long ice lasts. This cooler is decent at its core, keeping drinks cold for a solid amount of time. However, the handle is flimsy and the built-in bottle opener is pretty ineffective. It gets the main job done, but for the price I was hoping for a more durable cooler.
