  • Solid, sturdy, keeps items cold.
Color: Carbonite
Great cooler. Well made, keeps drinks and food cold for a few days.

  • Keeping it cold
Color: Spruse
I was surprised at how long this colder held ice and kept everything cold. Very sturdy and does exactly what it’s intended to do. I would purchase another one if I needed to replace this one. Highly recommend.

  • It’s BIG
Color: Blue
Nice cooler. The look, size, and thicker walls /better insulation (I think) is trending now and it’s nice it has wheels, but it’s too big for us. See photos. Both Igloo coolers are 52 quarts, but the size difference seems like a lot. Both in the car, which will be packed full of other gear, and shelf space in the garage. It’s just big. I’m 5’1” and strong but it’s bulky for me to lift. It doesn’t wheel that easily or smoothly. Also, I think the smaller cooler has more inside capacity, with space taken up by wheel-wells and double walls on bigger cooler. Also, big difference in cost. Smaller cooler is more than half the price. A lot cheaper. If super heavy, two people can carry the smaller cooler with sturdy handles so it’s manageable without the wheels. Hope this is helpful. ... show more

  • Four days of ice
Color: Carbonite
At least four days of ice! GREAT cooler. After a number of camping trips I’m really pleased with this cooler. Opening often will reduce the days of ice and very cold food so I bring a second little cooler for two days worth of food and when I open the igloo on day three or four the ice is a solid as when I packed it. Definitely pre chill; makes a big difference. I like the what I believe is the beer bottle opener as a place to add a lock (In my experience, raccoons, even deer, are very smart). Wheels are a big benefit for me especially with rustic camping. The style of cooler is rather heavy to start with and once you add ice and food, female, age 72, I do struggle. This cooler is a good as a Yeti and other popular brands for a much better price. ... show more

  • First review for this? If there were i probably wouldn't have purchased
Color: Carbonite
It's lightweight. That's about all it's got going for it. It's obviously not a Yeti but everything about it feels really cheap and like it will not last long. Many design choices went into this that must have been based purely on economy of manufacturing... which likely justify it costing less than others but when you factor in a miserable vacation or camping trip or hours/ gas spent going to get ice, or a sprained hand/wrist attempting to close it, a good cooler and unfortunately the expense of a good one can seem justifiable. This one has a weak, flexing, thin aluminum handle that must be collapsed completely to open the lid and sticks so you must really yank it. It's strength & longevity if actually used when this cooler is full is highly suspect especially with marginal overlap of the telescoping lengths and the plastic stops. Then there's the rigid handles which don't fold down unless you have room (about 6") on both sides of the cooler. -so if its set down and you've packed around it they wont fold flat unless you lift it back out somehow and when you do you now have no way to lift it from above. These also feel like without some flex would easily break with any lateral force and if anything were designed to slide it should have been these sjnce even folded stick out over an inch. Now for the worst problem: It seems they've jumped on the gasket and rubber latch idea but maybe the competition has a patent on leveraged stretch clasps because these are so wrong its comical. These non-leveraging rubber latches make closing it near impossible unless you'r under the cooler! So unless you have the proper position and wrist strength to stretch them over the hooks you will not be getting into it again after it is packed into your vehicle. I find it hard to believe the elongation and contraction of the rubber is enough to make it watertight. The interior is larger than typical roto molded coolers so at least you get more room with these thinner sides? ...but I would guess you're losing insulation and why is it such a dark grey?? I don't understand why anyone would use a dark color for a cooler- if it's accidentally left in the sun for even a short time, the absorbed radiation will thermally transfer to the interior. Speaking of, it lldoesn't have a flat interior bottom but at least the drain is in the right spot if you can find a way to keep it tilted back. The wheels are pressed onto the axle and I can't see how you'd remove them if you needed to replace them but at least its a full length 1/4" steel rod. There is about 2" of clearance to the pull handle so transporting the cooler on them will only work on very flat, hard ground (concrete) and should not be actually considered a "trail mate" unless your looking to get f&$@ed out on the trail. ... show more

  • Disappointed, Wheels fall off
Color: Blue
So disappointed, I was really looking forward to this new cooler but unfortunately 1 use in and I’ve already had issues with it; the wheels keep falling off! Yes they pop back on but after awhile they pop off again. The cooler itself works great though as the ice lasted in the 85-90° heat for three days. Do wish I they made a basket that fit in it. Really disappointed with the wheels popping off though; anyone else have this issue?? ... show more

  • Love it
Color: Carbonite
We bought this for a 10 day road trip and we were impressed. The ice stayed for 2+ days before we had to replace. Family even commented. It was spacious and rolled nice too which were an added bonus.
