Update as of 6 weeks of Use. 1. The Original one I bought handle fell off 2 days after use. It would stay on as long as you kept it upright. 2. I called Green Canyon Outfitters to tell them and their great customer service told me Igloo would send me a replacement. 3. I called Igloo, sent them my receipt (which GCO nicely sent me) and in 10 days I had a brand new cooler. I have used it for numerous trips to the boat, and in very hot conditions 2 bags of ice (which set it 1/2 full) lasted 2 days. Compare this to your normal Water Coolers (those tall 5 gallon ones) which barely lasted 1 day and don't hold near as much. I like how light it is and easy to carry. *** This is what I look for in any purchase, Customer Service, and Grand Canyon Outfitters did Great! ****** Received this very quickly, and love it. Defiantly Sturdy and well insulated. I was surprised how well built this is. I use this to take onto my Sailboat so I need something not to large, but big enough for food, drinks for a few days.     • Best cooler for the ball park EVER!
I have searched long and hard for a personal cooler that has all the features to make it a great ALL DAY ball park cooler. I think this one and its brother version with wheels is it. We do a lot of travel sports and visit many ball parks. When your kid plays softball, you are likely at the park for hours and hours at a time. You don't necessarily want a giant cooler because it requires too much ice, takes up a lot of car space, and is heavy to take in and out of your vehicle. This seems to have the perfect size, while still holding a tremendous amount of drinks and sandwiches for the family. Pro's: - Items stay really cold all day. You will still have ice in your cooler well after 24 hours. - Great size for 2 adults, 2 kids - Cooler acts as a small bench seat - Stacks nicely with the brother version that has wheels and a pull handle. Con's: - Lid can be a little difficult to open (especially with one hand) ... show more

I bought this cooler a week before a roadtrip from Indiana to Florida. First of all, I felt that this was a very solid and high quality cooler. It wasn't overly heavy to me when empty, but when full of ice and drinks became more problematic to carry, simply from the weight of what I carried in it. The handle did have a good grip though, and wasn't awkward to carry. It fit perfectly behind the drivers seat in my small subaru and was easy to use, even in my packed car. It really did keep my ice frozen for 5 hours, and continuously cold all day long, even on the beach. I would recommend this to a friend. My only complaint was that the handle started to slip out of the sides of the cooler when loaded all the way, and after walking it carrying it for a mile. I'm assuming most people don't use coolers this heavily, so I would still consider this a solid buy. ... show more

Very nice, superb quality, strong built well. I have had a few personal coolers that I take to work every day, they have all fallen apart, the handle or lid will break they really don't keep items cold. This looks and feels very well thought out. Walls of this cooler are sturdy do not have any give to them, the cooler is not heavy, I really like the fact that the lid clicks into place and it too is very study. The handle works well and its All white to reflect heat. Its About double the size of a playmate style cooler. Two gallon containers a Gatorade and a protein drink, along with papers i needed and a light jacket all pushed in there, it all fit. ... show more

    • Lid broke off before i had it a week
Very disappointed. Love the cooler with its capability to keep things cold for 3 days. On the other hand the lid came off before a week's time. At first you could put the lid back in its place. But now the plastic hinges are so tore up i cannot put the lid back on. Not what i expected for a $50 marine cooler from igloo. So after 2 months the $50 cooler is garbage all ready. Can't believe this thing only lasted around 2 months. So dont buy this cooler unless you don't care about the lid staying on ... show more

This is the best small cooler I have ever owned and believe me I have owned many many coolers as I have owned boats from 14' to 40' over the last 34 years. I called it small just because I've owned coolers over 4 feet long. This is not really that small it can hold a case of beer with ice. I keep this one in my car when I shop in Florida with the warm weather. It is very well made there's only two coolers that can compare to this one and they cost about 300 bucks. This is a great cooler even though some people may find it expensive it's not really it is so well made it's almost an investment. And no I do not work for a Igloo. Lol. ... show more

    • A fine cooler!
So far sooooo good. We have used this for 3 day car trips in mid 70's so far and it stays cold the whole time with pre cooling. I love the size. The larger Coleman X we have will be our main camping cooler but this one will be used for the inside of the tow vehicle. Also, is it me or are the deeper coolers like these better at cooling? I Mean cold air sinks right.....so I am sure these will go more than three days at these temps. I am very happy with this cooler. Great for shopping trips, camping and keeping food cold while my wife is in work after she shops in the morning. ... show more

I purchased this cooler to use until our fridge was delivered to our new house. We used it for about 2 days and it worked well. Overall I expected the ice to last the entire time as we kept in indoors and the temperature was in the 60's. We had to add ice daily. I do like the size and shape.
