This is wonderful for family outings and other events. I use it when traveling on road trips, at cookouts, and parties. This is the 2nd of 2 I have. I paid more for this than my initial one from Sam's Club. However, I really needed to have another one. Well worth it!

I wanted a big but not huge cooler for a camping trip I was taking. I read the reviews and decided on this one. The long handle and wheels make it a breeze to pull around. I have had two of these for years, plus a larger huge cooler. I decided I want to largely retire my big cooler and just use three of these cubes. Ordered this one. It arrive quickly but when I opened the box the pull up handle was broken off. I've returned and credit received. Was disappointed though. Ordered a replacement and hope that arrives safe and sound. In my regular use, the handles are sturdy and have never posed an issue, so there had to be some nasty impact damage. Not typical of the Cube cooler in my history. ... show more

    • NOT COOL! ;) DEFINITELY NOT A "NEW" COOLER!!
**edit** Took this camping over the summer. The wheels broke off the first time we ever used it, rolling down our driveway!?! the handle gets stuck and won't go back down, also, the lid crushes easily if anyone (large or small) tries to sit in it. I would never buy this cooler again! Well, first of all... Upon on boxing I noticed right away the amount of animal hair clinging to the cooler and also stuck to the lable?? *A couple long gray human hairs too. It didn't smell "new" at all and my daughter commented that it smelt like "peanut butter and swimming pool" . The bottom has small pitting and scratches along with some residue from something that once sat in it.. pop cans maybe? The wheels, lid and handle were clean... And considering we can't get another one before our camping trip... I am not going through the hassle of returning it. It was just disappointing, especially since we opted for the "new" option. :/. The handle feels a bit thin too.. so I'm not sure how it will hold up once it is full? Also the lid is removable!? Lol (Not sure if it's supposed to come off? ..as there were no directions or paperwork anywhere in the box? ... I hope the hinge knobs don't wear down too fast? ) ... show more

Had one of these for years, and would probably still have it, if not for being clipped by a car in the beach parking lot. Was happy to find it was still being made and bought it again without any hesitation or shopping around for other. It's well made and sturdy, keeps everything refrigerator cold (I've used this thing for parties in the Florida summer sun and still had unmelted ice in it the next day), the tow handle is sturdy and the wheels are big enough to be pulled along on the beach without issue. The built in lid cup holders are invaluable. Guys, this is a great product, I hope they continue to make it and don't change a thing! ... show more

    • Cooler works fine - handle is flimsy
The cooler itself performed fine. Kept drinks cold, and ice pretty well, even in really high (105+) heat. The wheels were fine as well. The only complaint is that the telescoping handle is really flimsy. It never broke, but bent a lot and we felt we had to be very careful with it.
