This was my 8th wooden puzzle. I was disappointed in the way the pieces were attached or non-attached to the boards they come in. These puzzles need glue and more sand paper and the instructions are NOT CLEAR at all. I would not recommend these puzzles to someone starting out on this hobby of building wooden puzzles.

Puzzle pieces are very well made with great detail put into the art work. And due to this great detail it made fitting the pieces together not excctly easy but it made it fun. And when you found the correct pieces they place together flawlessly. This puzzle is a great value.

This wood craft assembly kit is a lot of fun my son and I had a lot of fun building this gunship. The only thing I would say is it’s probably not for everybody on a scale of 1 to 10 I would say difficulty level is seven or eight. They do provide glue and a small piece of sandpaper but I found that some pieces are easy to pop out but others we ended up having to use an X-Acto knife very carefully to get them out but all in all pretty awesome wood model kit. Definitely a great buy.

My husband picked this out to do with my almost 8 year old son. My husband started it and then my 7 year-old took over it and didn’t quite finish it. My son ended up playing with it before he finished it and I’m not sure if it will ever get finished because he’s having so much fun playing with it. Pros- Looks really cool once but together. It arrives in a flat box and it’s fairly lightweight so it would be great for travel our gifts that you’re shipping. The red is nice and bright on the wood and smooth. It comes with a little piece of sandpaper to smooth the edges and glue it to glue it together. Manufactures age range says 14 and up I believe that’s accurate. Cons- The directions aren’t the greatest considering you have to really figure out what’s going on in the picture. Some of the wood pieces are a pain to pop out and it can get tricky if you miss a piece and have to go back. Overall a fun activity to do together with somebody for fun what are you finish it or not.

I love that my son who is almost a teenager took such an interest in this project. The instructions were a bit confusing in a few areas but it definitely made for a great activity that can be used to bring families closer together without the need for any electronics being the main focus! I would definitely recommend this as it's a lot of fun to build and looks great no matter where you put the finished product!
