the string is thin but holds up well. had it for almost 2 years before it finally got caught on something while my phone was in my pocket and snapped. if i had been paying attention it would have lasted longer. so it definitely serves its purpose and its nice when i dont have pockets that i can just throw my phone on my wrist and still have my hands free for something else. really cute design. beads do tend to wear off and get dull over time but its plastic so you get what you pay for. ... show more

Easy to install and my wife loves the Hello Kitty charms on the bracelet! We have used it for about a year and had no issues with any part breaking but she does swap them around quite often. The pink is cute and the design is on point but not overbearing.

I get so many compliments on this keychain. I lvoe Kuromi and I can say after a couple months of use I have seen minimal scratches that aren't noticible unless you are staring at the product for a while. The kuromi character has not fallen off of the chain after all this time as well. The only reason I marked this down a star is because there are scratches on the phone chain as well as the metal part where the Kuromi character attaches has started to change from a silver--> copper color due to the material.
