The mattress so far exceeded all my expectations! As someone who had struggled with back pain for years, finding the right mattress was crucial. I have gone through SO many trying to find the right one. This mattress in in between the medium-firm level. It seems just right for me. It provided the perfect amount of support for my back, without feeling too stiff or flat. I also noticed a significant decrease in pressure points, letting me to wake up feeling refreshed and pain-free. The high-density foam and comfortable pillow top make it super soft. The material feels great, and looks like it will hold up well. One thing I particularly love about this mattress is the motion isolation. I share a bed with a partner who tends to toss and turn in their sleep, but with this mattress, I barely notice their movements. This has made a huge difference in the quality of my sleep, allowing me to stay sound asleep throughout the night. I recommend this mattress for anyone considering to purchase. Of course, my real review will come from using the mattress for a few months, but I wanted to let everyone know my thoughts for now. Fingers crossed this is the perfect mattress for me! From what it looks like, it will be!

We ordered this mattress for our guest room and it has been an awesome upgrade! This mattress isn't as thick as some other hybrid type mattresses but that's what we prefer since we are using it on a traditional bed instead of a platform style bed. We unwrapped it and allowed it to inflate for 48 hours. It had little to no discernable scent. The feel of this mattress is medium firm with a soft top. We did put a cooling gel memory foam topper on this mattress as hybrid mattresses can hold heat. Overall, this is a good mattress with medium firm support and a soft top. It has good side support and is perfect for our guest room!

This mattress came shrink-wrapped in a queen width box but only around 14" x 14" thick. It is pretty heavy and you may need two people to tote in around. Once i got it upstairs and opened up the vacuum bag if fluffed right up. Says to let it sit out for 24 hours, which we did before we put it on the bedframe. It is a full 10" tall and is a solid queen size. The last one we purchased through a big box store, was a couple of inches shy on width and length. It is super comfortable to sleep on and sleeps like a solid medium mattress. 2 things that I don't like about it is the edges have little support when tryin to sit on the edge and it just crushes down. A traditional mattress has much more rigidness in the sides. I do understand that is hard to do in a bed-in-a-bag such as this one. The second thing is, though it lays firm enough, any pinpoint pressure, like knees or hands or standing (being careful with the wording), it does seem to crush too much. Anyways, it is a great sleeping mattress for the price of $210!

The box was a bit heavy but setup was very easy. It expanded right away to a nice queen matress size and didn't have any strong plastic smells. It has been very comfortable to sleep on for several weeks now. I think it's great for the price and doesn't sleep hot at all.

This mattress came very well packaged and we left it out to expand for 24 hours as it said to do. It isn’t too soft but also not too firm. So the medium firm claim is correct I would say. We slept on it on the floor at first waiting for a new bed frame and after we put it on the bed frame, it became a bit more firm. It’s very comfortable for the price! We got a nice bed frame for it, and it looks great! We are very happy!
