It is a very comfy jacket. I can layer it and it works in the so Cali fall weather. It runs big. I would normally take a large in a jacket and a medium in a top. I ordered the medium and it is big. It is worth keeping because it still looks nice. Looks like it will wash well and the fabric is quality. It is not lined in the back panel. I think it will also be a great travel piece. I love the color (green), the shape, the light weightiness of the fabric, the real pockets in front, no shoulder pads, and the slit in the back. LOVE those things. Jacket is unlined except for front lapel and sleeve cuffs, and I know it says it's 80/20 cotton/linen, but it doesn't feel that natural to the touch TO ME. I could be wrong, but I'm sitting in the jacket right now and am totally comfortable. I'm not hot, and it doesn't have a smell. I ordered XL and I can't pull it closed in the front. I normally wear XL in other tops, because I'm big-breasted in the cup. Because of the light weight fabric, I'd have been happier paying $25-30 for this item. But overall I'm happy because I don't see any loose threads either, and it seems to be really well made. I can't wait for the other two colors to arrive. ... show more

The materials are falsely advertised. The description states that the lining is cotton and linen but it is actually 100% polyester. Extremely disappointing because I spent a lot of time looking for a blazer that was completely plastic free and that is what this was advertised as.

The fabric is really nice. I bought the grey. It is a nice cotton/linen blend. Great to have a blazer with real pockets for a change! Good for casual wear, even casual day at work, or when the time is hot, but you still need a blazer. The fit could be improved, a bit closer on one side at the upper arm. Also, it's difficult to wear with a collared shirt because the collar of the jacket is short. If the collar was more defined, the appearance would be improved. ... show more

Exactly what I wanted! I wanted a very cool, lightweight blazer to wear over my linen dresses on cool summer mornings when I know it will be scorching by noon. I like this ten times better than the unlined linen $450 linen blazer I just got from Frank&Eileen! The fabric is natural and breathable linen and cotton and it has NO Spandex, which I hate because it makes ironing woven-fabric items impossible, they just wrinkle and pucker right back them up! (It does have small sections on the sides of, probably, a polyester lining, but the back, chest and sleeves are unlined). I would prefer full-length sleeves, but these are fine for summer, and they’re not ruched, which I hate. In addition to the superior fabric, it has both a closure and pockets, which the Frank &Eileen one doesn’t. It irons up beautifully, spayed with water and on the hottest setting. It can probably be washed on cold, delicate, but I wouldn’t machine-dry it. I also love the hard to find brown color! I ordered down one size as it says “relaxed”, which I didn’t want. It’s slightly snug, but still comfy. I will get this in more colors, it’s a great value and I highly recommend it. ... show more
