I was always told about using ice baths to help rehab myself after a hard gym session. I decided to take the plunge, no pun intended, but wanted something where I could do more than just sit in my tub. This tub is perfect because it's easy to set up, doesn't take up much space when I collapse it and beat things, I can put it anywhere I want. So grab a good book and enjoy this bath. You'll feel better but have a good time doing it.
