I'm an athlete so I use this a lot when Im gettin banged-up/sore here and there in season. The tub is very convenient, it folds up like a tent and I store it till I need it. Only thing I'll say is the first time you put it together it's a lil confusing, but after that it's really easy and convenient to use.

I was pleasantly surprised at how simple the tub was to put together. The proportions are perfect! Not only did I use for an ice bath, but tried it out as a hot tub too. It was great for both!
